剛好過年回去，晚上前面江邊都有一堆人在放煙花，簡直是無敵江景，頭等享受！雖然不是新酒店，但是是整體還是非常不錯！

在凌晨大半夜熟睡時，酒店客服來店告知因內部員工的問題搞錯了早餐券，隔天清早反饋此事件，反應：
1.服務態度和處理事情態度非常差；存在主觀判斷住客沒有早睡習慣和主觀判斷住客有可能存在貪小便宜的意向。
2.存在酒店內部管理不善問題以及酒店內部員工處事疑有推卸各自責任的問題。
3.嚴重影響住客睡眠，還有一種想與住客爭議此事件到底的意念存在。
個人對此次住宿體驗感非常差。
