I would have rated a 5 because the hotel was clean, front desk efficient and helpful but the pool doesn’t open until nine. I’m older and need to water walk/ swim and if I wait until 9 it’s not acceptable to leave at 10;30 or later. All the pools in Florida and Knoxville were 24/7. I’ll know now to ask not only if their pool is up and running but if it’s useable. We stay in a lot of Hampton or Drury Inns and Amy runs the best kitchen. Not only yogurt but Greek, multiple toppings for oatmeal and waffles, really cleaned tables as people left. Also Lacy at front desk was great, sympathetic but couldn’t unlock pool.
