Awesome experience with superb hospitality in Saffron Crest Siliguri Very Peaceful Atmosphere with the cleanliness being an add on . Helpful receptionist with very friendly behaviour (Sadna and Samir) made our stay even more pleasant ! Will definitely visit again. Highly recommended

Excellent service from all the staff members. Clean spacious rooms. Kudos to the chef for preparing such lip smacking delicious food. Having kids and elders with us we had ample choices from the elaborate menu. Again the behavior of the staffs requires special mention.

The location is beautiful. Very well maintained. Food at restaurant is very good. Housekeeping service very prompt. Overall experience has been excellent. Worth coming back again. Mr Deepak took personal care and he made our stay more comfortable.

Staff were friendly and professional, lovely full breakfasts every morning. Just a great place to be . Everyone was very polite and couldn't do enough for you . The room was very clean and was serviced every day . I would definitely come back again.

Excellent hotel with good behaviour staffs.The rooms of the hotel was very good and clean . The manager Mohsin Ali helped us to find taxis and his behaviour was very good.I liked the hotel too much.The quality of food was very good and they served it well .The bathroom was very cleaned. Their service was very good.

Just two days ago I had been in this hotel. The experience was really very good. Especially the behaviour of Mohasin Ali was beyond praises. We first planned to stay in the hotel for one day but because his polite and humble behaviour we stayed for two more days. His behaviour guidance and service was really very satisfying and praise worthy.

Recently I visited the hotel In a word one of the bestest hotel i have ever stayed and staffs are so cooperative, also the location was great and the food was yummy. Neet and clean rooms have maintained proper hygiene also the quality of linen is very clean. Most of The rooms have great view, round the clock response for housekeeping and maintenance requirements, and the hospitality is top notch. And the staff who's name is Deepak Really appreciate his work and the hospitality is amazing. I will surely visit again whenever I come to Siliguri.

The housekeeping staff in Saffron crest is very efficient and they will maintain your room very well and fulfill all your needs. Staff is usually very courteous and receptive especially Mr. Dinker They are very helpful and Of good behaviour.Rooms are clean and well maintained. Food is nice, and the pool too. Despite all the services Housekeeping Services team was very good. Well mannered and Proper staffs. I would like to thank for making my stay better and homely. I would surely visit again.

Nice stay here, everything means everything is well arranged and you will enjoy your trip. The pool is neat and clean, restaurant food are really so tasty, staff behaviour is amazing as they help you all the time and never argue for anything . Nearer to all the premier locations, mall, movie theatre. Paisa wasul trip
