Our stay at Hotel Sarovar Portico, Siliguri was mixed. The hotel looks nice outside but the rooms and facilities need a major upgrade. However, all staff members were exceptionally hospitable, especially Biswajit from housekeeping was exemplary and made our stay pleasant. We rate the hotel 3/5 but give the staff 5/5. With better infrastructure and housekeeping, it could improve significantly.

After a long back again m here in Sarovar Siliguri which is my first option as always in the city hotel ambience is good and talking about staff Ms Riwashana is very very attentive towards the guest which I really appreciate food is amazing and room is maintained
