The room was nice and cozy. Next time I would prefer a room with a view of the Waldhaus or a balcony if available. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I particularly appreciate the newspapers that are available in the morning. A small criticism of the kitchen is due: the main course was sometimes missing a little sauce. The meat was unfortunately a bit dry. I (we) also noticed that the same types of cheese are always on the plate in the morning. I (we) would have liked a little more variety. Since I am also almost a vegetarian, I attach particular importance to fine cheese. Thank you again for your hospitality and......until next time. The holiday apartment, which belongs to the hotel, is perfectly equipped and beautifully furnished. However, the description and the floor plan do not indicate that the garden seating area faces the forest, so that there is hardly any sun. The Nitsche House is very difficult to see from the seating area. The fact that you actually see the hotel car park and are constantly being bombarded with noise from the kitchen ventilation system was not clear from the description of the apartment. It would also have been nice if someone had asked us whether we could find our way around the apartment. No one could explain to us why the small wellness area can be used but the public transport pass is not included in the holiday apartment. Despite everything, we had a lovely holiday in Sils and would especially like to thank the cleaning staff who handed the apartment over to us in perfect condition.

Warm welcome, we understand that Nietzche would have liked to come and rest there, before staying in the neighboring house. The room is spacious, modern, bright, with a reminiscent of chalet decoration. The service is pleasant, we would like soap and shampoo dispensers rather than these little bottles… and maybe a double set of towels! The restaurants serve a breakfast buffet, half-board in the evening, or a la carte on the terrace and in the stube. The bar has a nice animation which gives it atmosphere. You can go hiking from the hotel. But you are also in the center of the village. “perfect location.”

This is the second time we have been to this hotel and we loved it and will definitely return. The staff is very competent and friendly. The breakfast buffet is royal and the room spacious. The spa is a real treat after a good hike.

My vacation was ruined by the presence of bedbugs. I have the feeling that I was not taken seriously when I reported injections two days later. The next night I woke up in the middle of the night with lots of bedbugs, which remains a very unpleasant memory. The hotel manager took refuge behind excuses (there are none at this altitude, the problem must have been reported by someone else) and lacked empathy without mentioning the absence of excuses. I had to pay for all of the nights despite the experience and the fact that a week later I was still suffering the consequences of the injections.

We have been frequenting the facility for a few years, and we always happily return. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are very comfortable and the services are excellent. The standard of the restaurant is good, recently improved, with menus in Italian. The vast majority of the staff in the hotel and in the dining room speak Italian. The location is excellent, in the center of the town and convenient for transport. The cost is appropriate to the level of services offered. We definitely recommend it.
