Das Zimmer war schön und gemütlöich. Nächstes Mal bevorzuge ich ein Zimmer mit Sicht Richtung Waldhaus oder bzw. und einen Balkon falls vorhanden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders schätze ich die Zeitungen, welche morgens aufliegen. Eine kleine Kritik gebührt der Küche: Beim Hauptgericht fehlte manchmal etwas Sauce. Das Fleich war dann leider ein bisschen trocken. Zudem ist mir (uns) aufgefallen, dass morgens stets dieselben Käsesorten auf der Platte liegen. Gerne hätte ich (wir) etwas mehr Abwechslung geschätzt. Da ich auch fast Vegetarierin bin, lege ich auf feinen Käse besonderen Wert. Nochmals vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und......bis zum nächsten Mal. Schönes Hotel mit perfektem Service, grosse Zimmer, schöne Lage sehr ruhig, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, Gratis Ticket für Bergbahnen, Fahrradkeller abschließbar, Hotel Parkplatz, alles sehr ordentlich gepfl3gt und sauber, sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Die Ferienwohnung, die zum Hotel gehört, ist perfekt ausgestattet und schön möbliert. Im Beschreib und dem Grundriss kann man allerdings nicht davon ausgehen, dass der Gartensitzplatz gegen den Wald ausgerichtet ist, so dass man kaum Sonne hat. Das Nitsche-Haus ist vom Sitzplatz aus nur mit grösster Mühe zu sehen. Dass man vielmehr auf den Parkplatz des Hotels sieht und von der Lüftung der Küche zu allen Zeiten beschallt wird, wurde aus dem Beschrieb der Wohnung nicht ersichtlich. Es wäre auch nett gewesen, wenn sich mal jemand bei uns erkundigt hätte, ob wir uns in der Wohnung gut zurechtfinden. Wieso die kleine Wellnessanlage zwar benutzt werden kann, der Pass für den ÖV nicht zur Ferienwohnung dazu gehört, konnte uns niemand erklären. Wir haben aber trotz allem schöne Ferien in Sils verbracht und bedanken uns speziell beim Reinigungspersonal, das die Wohnung in einem perfekten Zustand an uns übergeben hat.

Accueil chaleureux, on comprend que Nietzche y ait aimé venir se reposer, avant de séjourner dans la maison voisine. La chambre est spacieuse, moderne, lumineuse, avec un rappel de décoration chalet. Le service est agréable, on qimerait des pousse savon et shampoings plutôt que ces petits flacons… et peut être un double de serviettes! Les restaurants servent un buffet au petit déjeuner, une demi- pension le soir, ou a la carte en terrasse et dans la stube. Le bar a une jolie animationqui lui donne de l’ambiance. Vous pouvez partir en randonnee depuis l’hotel. Mais vous etes aussi au centre du village. « perfect location ».

Conforme à notre attente. Clientèle calme et silencieuse. Emplacement idéal à proximité des transports en communs proposant de nombreuses dessertes vers les départs de randonnées.Dans le contexte actuel on acceptera les nouveaux tarifs avec le souhait que cela s'arrête là.

C’est la deuxième fois que nous allons dans cet hôtel et l’avons adoré nous y retournerons sans hésiter. Le personnel est très compétent et sympathique. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est royal et la chambre spacieuse. Le spa est un vrai bonheur après une bonne randonnée.

Mes vacances ont été gâchées par la présence de punaises de lit. J'ai le sentiment de ne pas avoir été prise au sérieux lorsque j'ai rapporté des piqûres le surlendemain. La nuit suivante je me suis réveillée au milieu de la nuit avec plein de punaises dans le lit, ce qui reste un souvenir très désagréable. La gérante de l'hôtel s'est réfugiée derrière des excuses (il n'y en a pas à cette altitude, le problème a forcément été rapporté par quelqu'un d'autre) et a manqué d'empathie sans mentionner l'absence d'excuses. J'ai du régler la totalité des nuits malgré l'expérience et le fait qu'une semaine plus tard je subis encore les conséquences des piqûres.

Frequentiamo la struttura da alcuni anni, e ci torniamo sempre volentieri. Lo staff e' gentile e disponibile, gli ambienti sono molto confortevoli ed i servizi eccellenti. Il livello del ristorante e' buono, ultimamente migliorato, con menu' in italiano. Lo staff in albergo ed in sala in grande maggioranza parla italiano. La posizione e' ottima, al centro del paese e comoda per i trasporti. Il costo e' adeguato al livello dei servizi offerti.Lo consigliamo sicuramente.
