The beds were not Holiday inn express normal beds they were extremely hard. The walls were very thin. The people next door were blasting music at drinking past 2am

The water heater went out after the first day of my 4 day trip. I was without hot water to bath for 2.5 days. Came back on just the evening before I left. They offered me a snack as compensation. No reduction in rate or anything else. Also, the wall mounted thermostat didn't work at all. the one on the heater turned on but sounded funny and felt like it was always blowing cold air (it was 20-40 deg outside). Not at great experience. I'll try a different hotel chain next visit.

The main entry way could use a little cleaning, it looked like it needed to be vacuumed not a huge deal,

Room above us was so noisy it went on until midnight. We had to call the front desk twice in order to get any peace so that we could go to sleep.
