Snow storm knocked out power to the hotel, which of course isn’t the hotel’s fault, about 30 minutes after the power came back on at 3:30am there was an alarm to evacuate the hotel in the snowstorm, something that may or may not have been in the hotel’s control, but what was something the hotel had control of was the lack of any kind of apology for the situation and maybe extending the check out or breakfast time. Despite being up till 4:00am myself and my family went to get breakfast at 10:03am and the hotel had everything locked up already, not good customer service in my opinion!
