it's walking distance to aeon mall bukit mertajam and all types of local eateries around.
the room was clean and cosy and they have room service cleaning if you stay more than one night.
there are free parking place located beside the hotel, it's quite empty slot if you park there after 5pm.
however the sound proof is not that well, you can still hear ppl walking along the corridor, chatting and the sound of opening and closing the doors. not really a good sleep place for light sleeper, but it's fine for me.

Overall is good except for linen cause itchiness. Bath towel got a bit of stain but not a deal breaker. Good location

We were disturbed by noise from people coming in and out late in the night even though it was a quiet area.Presume wall thinness. The air condition in the room requires servicing as it is quite noisy. Otherwise OK.

Many times booked for my business partners already, great location because convenient to have food, a lots of restaurants and delicious food around the hotel. convenience store walk for 1min, Aeon shopping mall walk for 3min
Lobby Chinese dumpling restaurant is my favourite
