We book for two nights. First room they given is facing the parking area. Too noisy ( lots of crowds in trees)from late evening until the next day. Too noisy cant sleep. Air cond not strong. Next day we change another room, facing opposite way. No noisy but can see there stain marks on bed.

It’s an awesome hotel. Staff is very friendly, nearby places to eat. Travelling is easy. Will definitely recommend family and friends

Everything is ok, just the wall was full with mold, look really not good

The service is good. Be careful with trip.com as i book for 2 rooms & also paid for 2 room but when i arrive at the hotel, they said they only receive a booking of 1 room & they even showed me the booking from their system. After 30minutes of discussing and i’m so lucky that night, someone checkout early and i get 2 rooms and the receptionist is very polite and helpful. Keep on apologise for things that is not their fault but i get a different room from what i booked but i think it is ok as all the hotel were fully booked. The door having problem which is nit functioning well but i just stay for 1 night so no problem with me. Others, i’m satisfied with the service and room. The room & toilet is very spacious and we have a good sleep. Thanks to the receptionist.

The service was okay but the room is not soundproof. You can clearly hear people talking from other hotel room 🥲

I will praise the hotel room cleanliness, but the hotel upper floor corridor carpets & lighting shall do something as not very clean n bright. Also, hotel room pillow shall upgrade better quality as currently not really comfortable. Portable water heater shall improve too. Disposable slippers shall improve too.

Service was good; I booked a Double Bed but service gave us a Twin Bed; we were happy since it feels larger. It is located at the F&B stretch so food is within reaching. We received a stay-end gift which consist of nail clippers and twizzer,

Clean and affordable hotel. Very friendly service and parking is free.
