Beautiful resort on the beach, spacious rooms with fully equipped kitchen. Nice restaurants on the premises.

I had such an amazing time at the hotel. They are in close proximity to everything so I honestly didn’t even need a rental. All the staff were friendly and my hotel room was huge!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank the entire staff at Simpson Bay Resort. Our group of 20 had an amazing time celebrating a special family milestone, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The staff was exceptional, the amenities were outstanding, and the food was wonderful. Every aspect of our stay contributed to making this celebration truly memorable. As a travel advisor, I visit and evaluate many properties, and I can confidently say that this is a resort I will enthusiastically recommend to my clients. It offers everything I look for in a vacation property—excellent service, great accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would also like to extend a special thank-you to the General Manager, who personally addressed the few minor hiccups we encountered. Their professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction were greatly appreciated. Thank you again for an incredible experience. From the arrival of our family trip of 7, Harry our Taxi driver took such good care of us. With 3 kids and 4 adults we knew he had our best experiences in mind when making suggestions! 3 different excursions all made on time and picked up on time with ease. The Resort was beautiful with many pools but our favorite was the B pool next to our room. We were all so happy with the accommodations and especially the extra attention Harry gave to us with all our excursions. See you next time Harry

We had a fantastic experience at Simpson Bay Resort! It has all the amenities needed on-site, including 4 restaurants, rental cars, a nice gym, several pools and bars, easy to access shuttles around the resort, a piano bar, grocery store and the resort is in close proximity to lots of bars and restaurants in the Simpson Bay Area. We would definitely recommend staying here! Make time to see a sunset, the beach at Simpson Bay Resort has a perfect view of the sun setting and you can see planes taking off in the distance as well.

It was unacceptable on so many levels. It was our 3rd and last time staying there. Seemed like everything snowballed-From the rooms to the BS given to us it was terrible. If it was our first time to the island we wouldn’t be returning. Asked to speak to management but was told they were off due to being Sunday/Mother’s Day. Between waiting over an hour for the bellman to move us after being told they would be right there, to the roach in the kitchen, to being told our room was ready when it wasn’t and that it was high season which it was not, the brown ice cubes and the door falling off the hinges. Almost comical.

We had such a great time at this resort. Very clean. Great little laid back beach. Mayelin at the beach bar served us all week and she was so much fun. She remembers everyone and really made our week special. If you come to this resort, ask for Mayelin.
