Aunque el hotel es nuevo y "es un Marriot", el mobiliario de las habitaciones es de baja calidad. La ventana de la habitación estaba opaca, rallada y sucia por fuera (era un 4to piso, hab 414), la pantalla de TV en la habitación también es de baja calidad y su sistema exige al huésped introducir su propia cuenta y clave para tener acceso a streaming, el cambio de canales en la TV es lento. No tiene restaurante propio; el servicio lo da el restaurante contiguo, que es de buena calidad. Por otra parte, el personal es amable, el edificio tiene un excelente estacionamiento que es parte de la plaza comercial contigua, sus elevadores son amplios, modernos y seguros

El hotel está muy bien, limpio y muy bien ubicado junto al centro comercial la Ceiba.
La único es que se tardaban un poco en hacer la habitación.
Pero todo lo demás muy bien
El restaurante Humaya que está ahí es delicioso
