도착하니까 불은 꺼져있고 전화는 안 받으셔서 트립닷컴에 등록된 펜션 번호로 문의하니 “그만 둔 지가 언젠데” 하며 뭐라 하는 말투로 말씀하심. 결국 부모님 다른 숙소로 결제하심.
트립닷컴 문의하니까 환불 안 된다며 ‘진짜 번호’를 뒤늦게 알려줌 (이미 하루 경과) 전화해서 여쭤보니 자기네들은 트립닷컴에 등록한 적도 없고, 야놀자 통해서 받았다고 함.
야놀자에 환불 문의하니 해외사이트라 정보 제공을 안 해 도울 수 없다 함. 트립닷컴이 보내라는 이미지 캡쳐본 이것저것 보냈으나 확인한 결과 그저 가게는 “운영 중이었다”고 환불 안 됨.
부모님이 통화해본 결과 “상동에서 계속 대기하고 있었는데 전화를 왜 한 번만 하셨냐”고 하고, 부모님이 기다렸던 불 꺼진 장소(여름에만 한다고 써 있었음)는 하동이라고 함. 전화도 안 받으셨는데 그걸 어찌 알까요? 예약 문자를 따로 보내주신 것도 아니고요.
아무튼 불 꺼져있고 연락도 안 돼서 다른 숙소로 옮기고 사용도 전혀 안 했지만 환불도 절대 안 해주는 사이트 만세~ 앞으로는 안 쓰겠습니다.
