I picked this hotel based on it's location and my previous experience with other Best Western hotels, We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The staff members were all very helpful. I have stayed in 2 other Best Western hotels in America and this stay has been my first time staying in a Best Western hotel in Europe. I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast buffet. I was expecting there to be eggs, sausages, bacon and potatoes in the buffet but the only thing warm that was served was coffee. There were different types of bread, ham and cheese. There's also choices of fruits and cereal. Overall the breakfast was decent. This hotel was labeled wheelchair accessible but I had to ask one of the staff members to get their removable wooden ramp for my friend who is in a wheelchair to get in and out of the hotel and also to get in and out of their restaurant for the breakfast buffet. They only had one ramp for 2 entrances so the ramp had to be carried into the restaurant entrance. They were very helpful but I just feel bad having to ask for help every time.

Prenotato su Booking con tariffa non cancellabile (116€) comunico, come previsto, all’hotel che abbiamo un cagnolino e ci rispondono che, avendo il cane, devono fare un upgrade pari a 195DK a persona (52€ da aggiungere) oltre a 200 DDK (27€) per il cane e 95 DDK (13€) per il parcheggio. La stanza è ampia e bella, il problema è il bagno che misura 1x1,5. Assolutamente assurdo con un lavandino 15cm x 20: la toilette di un aereo è più grande. Buona colazione Per fortuna siamo stati solo una notte.

The hotel was very nice, an old building in the city center and very near the harbour, the room was very clean and ok for that price. The staff very gentle, the parking was behind the hotel for 95 DDK per day, all to all a nice stay and a clean environment
