nice hotel. i’m still here so i can say i’m enjoying my stay; the hotel is clean and the staff is professional and educated, they have very nice manners. my card for my room often doesn’t work which is kind of annoying but the receptionist is always amazing at replacing it and making sure it works. i don’t really know if the rooms are big like the photos showed, but they’re good and spacy enough. everyday the staff cleans the rooms and puts everything in place. it’s a shame the rooms don’t have a balcony because i really think it would be better if they had one. the inside pool is nice even if honestly it’s way too small for all the people in the hotel, so that’s a shame. the hotel inside is modern and the furniture is very cute. the breakfast doesn’t have 1000 options but still has a lot of food to choose between which is great, the only thing that isn’t really good is that the cutlery is very few, often leading to not finding whatever you need to eat. the food they make at dinner (often buffet) is delicious. the bar is amazing, the drinks are very good and the food is great so i recommend going there. also i think that the elevators (which are 2) are too few for all the people and when you need to use them you always have to wait because they are full. but besides all of this, overall in my opinion the hotel is worth it.

Nice hotel, but the first room assigned had a shower without a full door and the drain didn’t work. That led to the bathroom flooding. The second room, the shower head wasn’t tightened so the water shot straight up to the ceiling and all over me. Then the electrical didn’t work in the bathroom. But, it was clean and breakfast was adequate.

if you can stay away, the staff is extremely nasty and unappreciative or helpful

The hotel was very nice. The room was comfortable and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was convenient and good. The pianist playing throughout was quite nice.

the hotel staff is nice, accessible and very available. we were assigned a room on the 7th floor and overlooking south. despite not being a fantastic view is the best we can have once wherever we see the port is always there and the frenzy of the boats in and out is constant. The room / studio is great and is possible to cook. Some utensilsare available in the kitchnet but only essential. found the room clean as well as the bathroom. The breakfast was perfectly normal. At the time the FestivalMM underway everything went well!
