Very nice small hotel, very close to centre of Sineu. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable.
Breakfast excellent, nice variety from day to day.
Main plus was the staff, 2 young girls who were so welcoming, friendly and helpful with local information. Recommended.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica, in quanto la cittadina di Sineu si trova proprio nel centro dell'isola di Maiorca e questo ci ha permesso di visitare tutta l’isola in lungo e in largo. La camera e il bagno sono spaziosi e pulitissimi. La colazione non è a buffet, ma è davvero molto ricca, il proprietario continua a portare piccoli piattini con pane, burro, marmellata, miele, torte fatte in casa, salumi, formaggi, uova, bacon, yogurt, frutta, ecc... Ma la vera chicca di questo hotel è Guglielmo: gentilissimo, simpaticissimo, offre un sacco di consigli per visitare l'isola e le sue spiagge ed è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta.

Nous avons eu froid , la propreté laisse à désirer et les petits déjeuners sont très très Light! Pas de buffet pour se servir , quelques fruits , des morceaux de cakes industriels …. Le premier matin ils avaient oublié que nous étions là , ils ont fait avec ce qui restait … Nous n’avons vu personne à l’accueil de toute la semaine , par contre la personne du petit dej était très sympa et faisait de son mieux ! La bouilloire dans la chambre remplit d’eau croupie !

Hat hier ein Eigentümerwechsel stattgefunden? In 2024 mussten wir teils gegensätzliche Erfahrungen machen: Wir wollten ein sehr ruhiges Hotel haben. Wir reisten spät an (Mi.), wurden nett empfangen und bezogen das Zimmer. Schön - etwas angewärmter für den Januar wäre gut gewesen. In der Nacht setzte dann eine 'Höllenmaschine' ein - eine Pumpe begann im Obergeschoss zu arbeiten und machte dabei 'ungesunden' Lärm. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Wir riefen die Telefonnummer an, die wir vom Hotel hatten, es war die Frau, die uns nett empfangen hatte und zum Personal gehört: Es sei spät und sie kann nichts ändern. Nach einer weiteren Stunde waren wir so sehr genervt, dass wir noch eine sms nachschickten und nach einer Lösung fragten. Wir gingen erst einmal in Sineu spazieren. Beim Zurückkommen war die Frau im Hotel und begutachtete den Schaden. Tolles Engagement. Sie meinte, ob sie am Donnerstag oder Freitag noch einen Handwerker bekäme, wüsste sie nicht. Sie könne verstehen, wenn wir abreisten. Mit dieser Aussage suchten wir uns ein anderes Hotel und fuhren früh am Morgen ab. Beim Verlassen des Hotels sahen wir dann Monteure im Hotel. Vielleicht wären wir geblieben, doch nun war es zu spät dafür. Der Hotelbesitzer hat uns den kompletten Übernachtungspreis berechnet.

El hotel tiene un encanto especial y una ubicación perfecta si tienes intención de conocer y moverte por toda la isla, como hicimos nosotros. Las habitaciones están perfectamente equipadas y muy limpias. El desayuno es una maravilla: completo, rico y casero. Pero sin duda lo mejor del hotel es Guillermo, el dueño, una persona encantadora, que ama su trabajo y que se desvive porque los huéspedes estemos felices. En nuestra semana en Mallorca, estuvimos como en casa. Nos vamos a acordar siempre de Guillermo y de Can Serrete. Ojalá podamos volver ❤️

Also erstmal muss ich Guillermo nochmal ein riesiges Kompliment machen, so einen tollen Gastgeber habe ich noch nicht erlebt! (und ich war schon in ein paar Hotels). Er lebt zusammen mit seiner Frau den Job, er ist herzlich und hilfsbereit. Er gab uns Tipps wo, wir wann am Besten zu welchen schönen Stränden fahren, gab uns kostenlos Strandmatten und kleine Sonnenschirme mit. Versorgte uns mit Essenstipps in Sineu. Sagte uns falls wir etwas aus dem Supermarkt bräuchten könnten wir im Bescheid geben usw. Sein liebevoll serviertes und einzigartiges Frühstück kann ich auch nur hervorheben! Total lecker! Das Zimmer sauber, schön eingerichtet, mit gut funktionierender Klimaanlage. Der kleine süße Innnenhof (in dem auch das Frühstück serviert wurde), wurde mit einem kleinen, aber feinem Pool abgerundet, wo man zwar keine Bahnen schwimmen kann, aber sich nach einem Erkundungstag gut abkühlen kann. An sich ist das Hotel mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und eignet sich auch sehr gut für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Wir waren definitiv nicht zum letzten Mal hier, das es uns hier einfach rund um wunderbar gefallen hat!
