Excellent service overall, but serious air conditioning issues severely affected my sleep experience.
Throughout my stay, the hotel's service team was professional; concierge, front desk, and housekeeping were all satisfactory. Unfortunately, a major issue with the in-room air conditioning system severely impacted my overall experience.
**The Problem:**
Every night, the AC would automatically increase the temperature to around 28°C (likely a system preset or malfunction), causing me to wake up feeling uncomfortably hot multiple times and forcing me to manually readjust it. Given Singapore's hot and humid climate, a comfortable room temperature is vital for a good night's sleep. This problem led to several nights of disturbed sleep, leaving me feeling exhausted during the day.
**Recommendations:**
1. Please have your engineering department investigate the AC control system to determine the cause of the automatic nighttime temperature adjustment.
2. If this is an energy-saving setting, I recommend proactively informing guests during check-in or allowing them to lock the temperature via the control panel.
3. Consider offering compensation to affected guests.

The room was spacious and clean, with unlimited bottled water provided. While not all staff spoke Chinese, overall they were very friendly and proactive, helping with luggage and opening doors. The breakfast restaurant on the ground floor was extremely crowded, often requiring a wait. The night view from the higher-floor rooms was decent. It's a 5-minute walk to Promenade MRT station, but getting here from Changi Airport requires one MRT transfer. Suntec City, located downstairs, offers very convenient dining and shopping. Merlion Park is quite a walk away; even taking public transport (bus/MRT) still involves a significant walk on both ends. Grab rides tend to be more expensive than regular taxis, though most taxi drivers are Chinese and can speak Chinese.
