Heritage Collection Properties in Singapore

Our stay at Heritage Collection on Arab was truly fantastic. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very convenient—exactly what I was hoping for, as my preference was to stay close to halal restaurants. The highlight, of course, was its unbeatable location—just under 30 meters from the majestic Sultan Mosque, which gave our trip a unique charm. What made the experience even more memorable was how the team handled my initial mistake. I had accidentally booked at HC on Boat Quay instead of HC on Arab. Upon explaining my situation, the staff graciously arranged for a switch, and I am very grateful for that flexibility and understanding. A heartfelt thank you to Mae, Divina, and Gracie for attending to my wife and me with such attentiveness through digital support. Every query and request was promptly responded to, making help always just a tap away. Their professionalism and kindness added a personal touch that elevated our stay beyond expectations.

As a solo traveller, i came back to Hericoll on Seah since i was really satisfied with my last time’s stay. This time too! The place is neat and clean. The location is good, btw bugis and city hall station. Can even walk over from clarke quay at night. The staff is very nice. I’m happy having Stellar and Divina helping out on most things. Very high standard of service as usual!

Location is very convenient, a few steps from Chinatown MRT Station. With many restaurants and shops right below, I expected the room to be noisy, but to my surprise, the room is very quiet. The only noise I heard was from the other guests walking and talking along the stairway, as well as the guest staying right beside, opening and closing the door. The room is very clean, small but good use of space. Appreciate that Shannon and Yani acceded to my request for a late checkout. Thank you and will definitely be back.

I was intimidated by the check in process initially as there were quite a bit of things to do and it was my first time doing this, but my digital concierge Mae really helped me out quite a lot. Mae was very responsive and even offered to call to clarify certain enquiries I had. She was very patient, friendly and the instructions given were clear. It was very helpful and made my check in a lot smoother. Thank you Mae! Location wise, I'd say it's pretty good. It's not far from Lavender MRT station and it's not too far from the bus stop too which brings you to basically all the different MRT lines (green, blue, purple, yellow, red) which makes it very convenient. There are many food options in the vicinity as well which meant that breakfast can be easily taken care of. Hotel is also very near to Victoria Street, where an express bus to Johor Bahru can be found. Went to Johor Bahru for a half day trip, took less than an hour from hotel to JB on a Monday afternoon. Would recommend if you're planning to head to JB from SG. Place is really clean. There's a microwave which proved to be really useful. Many hangers provided which I appreciated. Soap is provided. There's hot water too. There's 2 aircon too which is really thoughtful (one for the bottom floor and one for the top floor of the studio room). After the stay, I was worried I left something behindand Dolly kindly checked with housekeeping for me. Thank you Dolly for the help even after checkout, I really appreciate it! Overall I’m really satisfied with this stay, especially the prime location. The staff were super helpful and friendly as I forgot my phone charger and they kindly lent me a power bank/adaptor for the full 4 days, which was a LIFESAVER!! Cleanliness was very good, though the chlorine/cleaning scent was a bit strong at first and there’s no window for ventilation but that’s acceptable for the price. The bed and pillows were excellent quality and I slept very well!! I also liked having a microwave and a big fridge and the room size was comfortable for two people, no issue at all. The only downside was a delay in receiving the door code via messaging on the first day but then I realized I could called on Whatsapp, they answered immediately and sorted it out. Overall I’d definitely recommend this place to friends and would happily stay here again if I’m back in SG!

The hotel is located in the middle of the two MRT stations, which is convenient to move around, and there are many restaurants to choose from on the trail next to the pier behind, and there is also a good view to watch. The equipment and service of the accommodation manager Kim, Loc, Ryan their service is very good and amiable that make me want to come back to the place where I stay next time.

Good afternoon! I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel: The location is very convenient... very close to all the sights, within walking distance to the center! A small but cozy, clean room with everything you need: microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, TV, a very comfortable bed, mattress, bedding, window, large shower. Very hospitable and friendly staff: Vanni, Edmar, and Maika! When my digital key didn't work, they offered me a plastic key card without any problem, and it was convenient to use! The only inconvenience was with the deposit, which had to be made only with a VISA/MASTERCARD bank card (I paid for the booking with a ”MIR” payment system card), which, unfortunately, due to the imposed sanctions against my country, I don't have. This was a really big problem because it wasn't just about paying, but also about getting the money back later, and the hotel representatives categorically refused to accept my cash (I understood this problem before check-in and started discussing it with the representatives via email and Telegram). Fortunately, I, like my country, have reliable friends, and with their help, I managed to overcome this difficulty. Sanctions don't work; we are stronger. Добрый день! Мне очень понравилось пребывание в отеле: Очень удобно по расположению.. очень близко ко всем достопримечательностям, в пешей доступности и к центру! Небольшой, но уютный чистый номер со всем необходимым: микроволновка, холодильник, стиральная машина, телевизор, очень удобная кровать, матрас, постельные принадлежности, окно, большой душ. Очень гостеприимный и дружелюбный персонал: Ванни, Эдмар и Майка! Когда у меня не сработал цифровой ключ, мне без проблем предложили пластиковую карточку с ключом и мне ей было удобно пользоваться! Единственное неудобство было с залогом, который надо было внести только банковской карточкой VISA/MASTERCARD (я оплачивала бронирование картой платежной системы ”МИР”), которой к сожалению введенных санкций в отношении моей страны у меня нет. Это было действительно большой проблемой, тк нужно было не просто оплатить, а чтобы потом же эти деньги вернулись, а принять мои наличные представители гостиницы категорически отказались (я поняла эту проблему еще до заселения и стала обсуждать ее с представителями через почту и telegram). К счастью у меня, как и у моей страны, есть надежные друзья, с ними мне удалось преодолеть данную трудность, санкции не работают, мы сильнее.

I stayed for 3 days at Heritage Collection on Arab Street, the location is pretty easy to find and near all the popular places. the place is small but it has everything we need during our stay, the facilities are there except tooth paste & brush. but overall we had great stays there. and the staffs are very friendly and helpful, and always make sure we get everything we need. Thank you Divina, Dolly & Yani for taking care of us during our stays.

The location is fantastic, being less than 10 minutes from 5 different MRT lines. It's also a stones throw from 2 amazing hawker centres. The space was really clean, even the fridge top was dust free, which made our week long stay very comfortable. The skylight room was very spacious, the AC was powerful, and kitchen is well equipped - no complaints whatsoever.  Mary and the team were very helpful, we had a hiccup at the start (my bad really, I arrived to check in earlier than I had stated) but they accommodated and even gave us a late check out (super nice, really appreciated this!!)

Mary, Maica, and Carms were excellent team that help me in everything that I requested, thanks to all of them. The room was quiet at night even it is in China Town. Plenty good restaurants, near to two SMRT stations, ”China town” and ”Maxwell”, The cleans of the room was amazing and in the same floor you can wash and dry your clothes free or charge. The cooking stuff enough to cook a regular meal. Decent Internet speed. Easy check in and out. quick to revert the deposit to my credit card. Overall wonderful stay
