Heritage Collection Hotels in Singapore

I had absolutely no complaints. Everything I needed was compactly available. Loc, Popo, Divina, & Kisha! Thank you for your support. What I liked: Even though I was unfamiliar with mobile check-in/out, they provided excellent support. The room was very clean. Although it was a small room with no window, the toilet and bathroom weren't too small and were easy to use. Also, having a microwave, dishes, cutlery, and a sink was a huge plus. The designated washing machine hours were also convenient. Who I wouldn't recommend it to: Long-term stays First-time international travelers (Not the hotel's fault, but there are always people talking loudly in the hallway, so patience is required.) Those bothered by the absence of toothbrushes might want to reconsider. People expecting smiling, proactive service from staff (the staff are all nice, but it's a system issue). Those unfamiliar with using their mobile phones (I was worried too, but it worked out).

Travelled with my daughter. Good location, clean. Although it is digital basis, there are still some staffs proactively responding. I thank you Xia for prompt response over wa, helping me when i got small issue obtaining the digital key, keep responding when i got questions, leaving me quite assured and comfortable. Thank you to Mary too for helping me getting key card when my phone does not support digital key, and she was fast helping me lend a plug compatible to singapore socket. The room has a microwave, 2door fridge, a kettle, dish soap, detergent, hand soap, shower and body soap. Toilet has bidet & hot water. We bring our own tootbrush and toothpaste so no issue when they are not provided. Our room is perfect, no stairs, not by the road (no window) but not too far from main door, it is very silent in the night, we could sleep very well, the neighbors are very considerate. The bed, for 50kg weight, is rather ”melesak” but not too much, still save for back. I have my deposit refund confirmation in abt 12H after c.o at 6:30am. Easy to go to many tourism spots by walk or mrt (surrounded by 3 stations very near: chinatown, maxwell, and tanjung pagar). Overall very recommended, reasonable price for a hotel with private bedroom in a tourism area, with no noise, clean room, and no damp/moldy air.

Loved our stay here at Heritage collection on KG, aside from its great location, the on site heritage ambassadors Loc & Divina are so helpful with our requests! Also their digital concierge are always responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!!🤍

I arrived for check in at 3pm but when I went to the given room, it was still under cleaning. I met Pearl at the kiosk/ reception area. She was attentive & quick to find another room for me. She introduced the room and the showed me the area where the washing machine & dryer that is free for guest to use. Pearl and her team, Shannen, Mary, Rome, follow up with ensuring my stay was of top comfort throughout my stay. I am impressed that the room comes with microwave and huge fridge in the room! The toilet can be a little small with a little musky smell due to the lack of ventilation. The location is right smack on top of all the restaurants & bars, be ready to bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Other than that, overall, I am happy with my stay & will book again for their service & comfort of the room.

While reasonable overall, there are issues that need to addressed and other annoyances which impacted my stay. The room was too noisy. Was put on the ground floor (after requesting a quiet room) and throughout the day and night people coming and going closing the entrance door and talking loudly in the hallway. Right next to a phone call booth (with digital concierge) which is on loud speaker. The single room is too small, where you can't even properly pull out the chair from your desk because it is pushed against the bed. The amenities are a bit miserable. Yes, it's a single room, but there's a only 1 bath towel for the entire stay duration. Not even a spare. No toothbrush provided, when even hostels provide these for free. The hot water needs to be switched on in advance before shower, and even when you do, threes a burst of extremely hot water, which then cools rapidly and with a minute or two there's no hot water left at all. There is mold in the bathroom, as seen in pics. I have stayed at this property before in different rooms (which were good), but I don't think I'll be coming back, at the very least not to this room type that is for certain.

Great location, clean, organised and my accommodation was really quiet. Use of a washing machine and provision of washing powder was a bonus The room is very narrow which means frequently falling over your luggage and takes some getting used to. If you travel light and/or super organised it wouldn’t be a problem. There is a very small kitchenette and the basin here also serves as the bathroom basin. I really would have liked some large mugs abd glasses. There were just two tiny cups available My biggest gripe is that I booked this room because it had a balcony. Although the balcony was large and great fir drying washing, it does NIOT open directly from the room. You have to leave the room and enter the balcony from the communal hallway. Kind of pointless and made the size of the room even more frustrating Overall a good stay

Unexpectedly good! Singapore is incredibly expensive, and I spent a long time choosing a hotel for this trip before finally settling on this one. This duplex loft, though small, has everything you need. It's the best value-for-money apartment I found. The subway entrance is just ten meters away. The apartment is clean and hygienic, and both levels have air conditioning. The second-floor window is a skylight, making the most of the space. It's awesome! When I booked, I saw not many people had chosen this place, so I was worried for a long time. But when I got to the room, I felt it was truly awesome! The best and most comfortable part was when my Mastercard temporarily had issues and I couldn't pay the deposit. After a brief chat, the owner agreed to cash payment and asked for my check-in and check-out times, then returned the deposit on the spot (this is a self-service apartment, so there's no front desk usually). When I arrived, a staff member was already waiting for me. Even though there was a language barrier, they patiently used translation software to teach me how to use the room card. It's so amazing, whether it's the service, the room, or the location, just go for it!!!

My son and I stayed at Heritage Collection Boat Quay. I requested for a quieter room as my son has online classes. We were given a quiet room, so that was a relief. The location is very accessible to mrt, bus, the tourist attractions. Whenever I request for something, I get immediate reply from Jean and Shannen. Edmar is very friendly and would bring our request at designated times, too. Since we stayed long, the shared washing machine and dryer is a big help for us. Thanks for making our stay comfortable. We'll choose this again next time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (10/10) I had a wonderful stay at Heritage Collection. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, well organized, and extremely comfortable. The property is very clean, modern, and well located, making it easy to explore the city. A special thank you to Divina, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind throughout my stay. Her assistance truly made a difference and made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. I would also like to mention the Digital Concierge Belle, which was very convenient and efficient whenever I needed information or support. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is fantastic, being less than 10 minutes from 5 different MRT lines. It's also a stones throw from 2 amazing hawker centres. The space was really clean, even the fridge top was dust free, which made our week long stay very comfortable. The skylight room was very spacious, the AC was powerful, and kitchen is well equipped - no complaints whatsoever.  Mary and the team were very helpful, we had a hiccup at the start (my bad really, I arrived to check in earlier than I had stated) but they accommodated and even gave us a late check out (super nice, really appreciated this!!)
