The hotel was very close to the MRT station, making transportation incredibly convenient. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. Having many convenience stores and shops nearby was also a huge plus. The staff were very helpful; even though I couldn't speak English, they used a translator to assist me with various requests, which I really appreciated.

Several staycations in this hotel. I found level 5 executive queen style is the most comfortable stay than level 3 due to room arrangment.

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was super convenient with a subway station just a short walk away. The service was excellent, and we could even store our luggage before check-in, which was a huge plus. It was a fantastic experience overall, and being surrounded by various Chinatowns made getting around incredibly easy.

Amazing staff and service. I arrived early for the check in and they did not ask me to wait long. They allowed me to check in early without any charges. I will come back to this hotel if I come to Sg again.

The location is very convenient to travel around. The room is too narrow compared to the price, but it’s okay for a solo traveler like me. The staff is helpful and considerate.

Clean room, comfy bed, water pressure so good I questioned my life choices. Staff was 9/10. Would sleep here again.

This hotel got everything i needed for a short stay in Singapore. A private bathroom, a small private space of my own, bidet, shower with faucet so i could take wudhu easily, hairdryer, power socket that can be used without universal adapter (i’m from Indonesia), strategic location close to several bus stop and MRT stations, and a stand by receptionist where i can leave my luggage before and after check-in/check-out. And with IDR 1.6 mio/night too, I honestly felt so impressed. Will definitely consider coming back.

First time stay in this hotel and room is pretty nice but no windows, the washroom had some smell everytime when using it. Location is good

At the heart of chinatown. Bathroom is abit small but logical given the size of the building. 2nd floor is abit noisy facing the main road, especially at night and early morning when the take out the trash. Overall it's good and the location makes it a recommended choice of stay

It is much tinier than you think, but it is enough for one night stay. The location is absolutely convenient. Many tourist attractions are walking distance.

The hotel's exterior is quite attractive. The room was clean but a bit compact. The surrounding area is super convenient, with a Ya Kun Kaya Toast nearby for coffee and toast, plus a subway station and convenience stores. It's perfect for a leisurely stroll.

Sorry for the messy bed, the photo was taken during checkout, not during a housekeeping inspection. The room is really small. Like open the luggage and block the walking path small. The price, however, is not small at all. But well, this is Singapore, if you want more space, you also need more budget . Cleanliness is acceptable, nothing to complain about there. We also had a very memorable morning when the fire alarm decided to be our wake up call. No snooze button. Credit where credit is due, the hotel crew reacted quickly and professionally, and the announcement was loud and clear. Full marks for emergency response. Location wise, it is excellent. Very close to Chinatown MRT, shopping malls, old market, dining places, convenience stores, mini stalls, and the legendary Maxwell Food Centre. Basically, you can survive very well even if you skip the hotel breakfast.
