Pullman Singapore Hill Street

Quite dirty. The room had cigarette ash, and the bedsheets had stains! Overall, it's comparable to a 300+ RMB budget hotel in mainland China. Of course, prices in Singapore are high, so I understand. If you're looking for higher quality, you might want to choose somewhere else!

Location: It's quite close to City Hall MRT station, and Clarke Quay station is also within walking distance. I chose this hotel partly because it's relatively new, and partly for the convenient access. Facilities: The air conditioning was noisy, and there was some unknown music playing both at night and in the morning. Breakfast: The breakfast really didn't suit our Chinese palates; it was quite Western-style with very few vegetables.

The location is quite convenient, and the pool is great—the kids absolutely loved it. The freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice at breakfast was amazing, though you might have to queue if you arrive late. The room was a bit small, but acceptable.

The staff can speak Chinese, which is a big plus. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the outdoor pool is perfect for Instagram-worthy photos. The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to City Hall MRT station, and there are tons of restaurants nearby.

This hotel is great! It's right in the city center, making getting around super convenient. We stayed here for our entire Singapore trip. The room was very clean and a decent size – not cramped at all for two people. It's just a few minutes' walk to Clarke Quay, Fort Canning Park, and the Old Hill Street Police Station, so it's perfect for a city walk.

Excellent location, elegant environment, complete facilities, and a rich variety of meals. Highly recommended.

The hotel is conveniently located and very new and clean. Although not very spacious, it feels quite upscale. The staff are friendly and proactive, greeting us warmly and assisting with our luggage.

Overall, hotels in Singapore tend to be on the smaller side, but this one was perfectly fine for two people with a couple of suitcases – the space was adequate. The bathroom was also a good size, not too small or cramped. I was particularly impressed with the daily housekeeping; it was exceptionally clean and tidied up perfectly.

The room size offers great value for money, especially for Singapore standards. The front desk staff were super helpful and gave us a room in a fantastic location, right around the corner from the elevator. I'd read some reviews mentioning noise issues before checking in, but we didn't experience any – the soundproofing was actually fine. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of options. All the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Plus, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of bus and MRT stations nearby, making getting around super easy.
