The room wasn't very big. On the first day, they didn't provide small towels, there was no hairdryer, and the floor didn't look very clean. On the second day, small towels were provided, and the floor had been swept. There was only tap water available, no bottled water. There is a swimming pool.

Great location, and the front desk staff were friendly in both Mandarin and Cantonese. The room isn't huge but it's comfortable. Downstairs is Hong Lim Food Centre with tons of Michelin-starred hawker stalls, so it's excellent value for money; you definitely won't get ripped off for food if you stay here.

The hotel is decent and the breakfast is so so and not diverse. There are some stains on the bed sheet and on the toilet seat. I wish it would be better for a brand like Mercure

Room layout design to be improved if compared with guest room with same size in Japan .
Toilet design is not friendly in particular the toilet paper location , no cloth hangers in the shower:/ toilet room .
Saw the other guest iron they’re cloths in the corridors , very relicious .

The location is fantastic, and the hotel service is also good. The breakfast is a bit subpar, but acceptable since it was included with the booking. After all, it's a prime location where every inch of land is precious. The hotel seems relatively new. Singapore hotels always feel safe and secure.
