Ms Lakshmi at front desk let me check in earlier as mentioned to her i have a long flight and meeting in afternoon! Thank you.
Only i found cockroach inside the room, it shall not be happen at this hotel.

Room is very small, a 28-inch suitcase can't even open fully, and there's only one bedside table. However, it's clean, hygienic, and comfortable. There's an underground passage directly to Chinatown MRT, which makes it very convenient to get to VivoCity, Sentosa, and Marina Bay Sands.

The facilities are good. The service isn't outstanding; this was the only hotel out of seven I stayed at during my month-long trip that checked me in exactly at 3:30 PM. The pool is large and beautiful. There's a laundry area. The location isn't as convenient as some other places I've stayed.

had a wonderful stay at Mercure Icon Singapore City Centre! The hotel is modern, clean, and in an excellent location with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and many attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.
The room was a little small, so I wouldn’t recommend overpacking, but as a solo traveler it was perfectly sufficient. It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore! 🇸🇬🏨✨

Loved it so much! The hotel is excellent and I was very impressed. The location is fantastic, surrounded by food options. There's a convenience store downstairs and a 7-Eleven across the street. You can easily walk to the food court for Hainanese chicken rice nearby. The room has a great view, the air conditioning is cool and comfortable, and the bed is soft, ensuring a delightful sleep. Check-in was convenient and quick. I was extremely impressed and will definitely be back! 💖

I love the location of this hotel. It’s located at the hearts of Chinatown. There’s a lot of food options. MRT stations is just around the corner.
The service is great too. Nothing much to feedback for a normal staycation.
