Super bad experience for 1st time stay here.
Don't understand why the in house speaker will play the FM radio non stop at loudly level
Whole night not able to sleep well due to loudly FM radio playing n broadcast out thru the lobby speaker
Honestly first time come with such experience.

Location was very good as it is in the middle of zhong shan mall and balestier plaza with many food options avaliable nearby. The hotel room was also better than expected , only negative would be that the toilet is a little small and the TV screen have some defect which makes it unable to watch. Overall it was a good stay and the service personnel are really kind and approachable, thumbs up 👍

Quite close to a lot eateries and most of all take a 10 mins walk to reach the famous durian stall.
Room is a bit small, but price is reasonable.

The overall is good, service was helpful and friendly, the location is good but the room is little small

Everything is okay about this hotel and our stay: great location, friendly staff, hot and cold water. The only complaint i have is that the room is tiny. I brought work with me but had a hard time because the desk and stool provided was very small. Almost no space for luggage, the AC also broke when we were checked in and caused condensation so bad the the floor and walls got wet. Our clothes and bed got damp. We reported this to the staff and was transferred to another room which fixed the problem.

It's good location n staff is very helpful only the ceiling in the toilet is a bit scary coz I can see all the electtric ang it was a bit dark I can't stop thinking wat if hode some small cctv or what
..bcoz it's open and the only olcover was a open net....

Was a last min booking but luckily there’s still a room available. The room was small but cosy. The staff there was friendly too.

Convenient location and easy to get public transport

The room is newly painted. The loction is easily accessed. Very clean but the TV screen is spoiled need replacement… Can hear the conversation from outside the rm very clearly. 😅

I was disappointed with room.
The housekeeping need to be improve as the room is as infested with ants.
They did not wipe the desk where they keep the cups.
I can't sleep on the bed as the ants was crawling on my body and I also find silverfish bugs on the bed crawling.
I feel so disgusted and has to check out from the hotel without completing the stay.
I've inform the front desk about the matter.
Kindly look into the room cleanliness..
