The room I booked was a standard king room. I didn't expect that there were two single beds stitched together. The front desk didn't inform me.

Stayed for a few nights on business. This is my second stay. There is a strange loud beeping from the nearby military base which goes on throughout the night at inconsistent intervals which disturbed my sleep before I got used to it. Otherwise it was as expected for the price.

Quick transit stopover. Clean comfortable. Very confusing layout. Got lost getting to and from rooms.

Nice and cosy place to stay. Quiet place to relax. Not to far from Changi Village hawker center with great choices of food

Tried to move the booking 1 day back and they refused even though booking was 1 month away.

I would say it's ok if you want to stay for a night so you're not rushed for your flight the next day. It's close to Chengi village and Chengi beach.

Has stay at Changi Cove a few times. Really like the quiet surroundings for rest & relax

The buffet was fantastic, and the omelets made by the kind uncle were truly heartwarming. The service was excellent; we arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning, and the ancient tree silently showered us with petals, both literally and in our hearts.

The room wasn't ventilated. It's built on a hillside, so it's out of the way. No subway access, and even taxis don't like going there. The service concept is poor, and the room is bad.

Staff was friendly and food in the restaurant was good. It’s a bit of a maze looking for your room as reception is in another building as the hotel rooms but once you know where it is, it’s not a big deal. Unfortunately my shower didn’t get warm at all (and tv didn’t work) but couldn’t be bothered to get back to reception to sort it as I had little time to rest before catching a flight again. Overall a good hotel, but they have to keep up with their amenities.

The hotel is very nice, quiet and serene. If only they provide room service at night, it will be better!

The changi cove is a lovely hotel. Very peaceful, but the reason is that it is in the middle of nowhere if you are a tourist. It has good rooms and the staff are amazing, but if you are looking to spend a few days trying to squeeze in all the famous sights and landmarks this may not be the place for you. The MRT does not cover the area, it is that far out so be prepared to spend 30 to 50 SDG to get back after a days sightseeing. There is a free curtesy bus but it stops at 8.00pm from the train station so no good for all of the wonderful night light shows. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the location.
