The room view was great with the runway. There is no complimentary carpark which could be very costly for the locals who are driving.

The hotel is clearly signposted from the T3 Arrivals level, roughly at one end of T3.
I stayed in the Jewel Wing, which is directly opposite Jewel, but there's a road in between, so it's not connected. To get to Jewel, you actually have to walk quite a bit, like going to opposite ends of a U-shape. However, the advantage is that this building is very new (no strange smells) and not next to the runway, so it's very quiet.
The room was very clean. Upon entering, you first encounter the sleeping area, with the bathroom furthest out. The sleeping area is relatively small, while the bathroom is surprisingly large in comparison, but paradoxically, the shower stall is tiny, making showering quite cramped. No complimentary bottled water is provided, but there's a water dispenser on the ground floor for drinking water and ice.
Late check-out was difficult, but they could provide an extra access key to the pool/gym area, which has changing rooms. This is good for freshening up before a flight.

The Crowne Plaza is conveniently located right in T3 of the airport, just a 5-minute walk from the second floor directly to the T3 departure gate. Getting to T1 by SkyTrain or on foot is also easy and not far.
The hotel rooms are very spacious, and the bathroom even has a bathtub. However, the cleanliness was a bit disappointing; I found some unidentified hairs on the towels. The previous two hotels I stayed at in Singapore were spotless, so this was a bit unexpected.

It's right next to the airport and Jewel Changi, making the location incredibly convenient. This was absolutely crucial, as it meant we could enjoy a comfortable hot shower around midnight, with towels provided, and then head straight to our flight to sleep. Without this considerate gesture, our family would have been in a difficult spot or forced to pay extra for a late checkout. This hotel is right in Changi Airport Terminal 3. After landing, we checked in directly, dropped off our luggage, and immediately explored Jewel Changi Airport and the Sky Nets. All sorts of food and shopping were super convenient, especially the Finest supermarket on B2, which was great for bottled water and daily necessities. The hotel rooms are spacious, and there's a pool perfect for kids. The corridors are filled with lush greenery, which is very relaxing, and the front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic. Breakfast was extensive, and it was very easy to get to Sentosa by monorail. The recommendation from Trip.com was excellent. The only pain point was that it's a bit pricey, but overall, it was still very good.

The hotel is not worth the price. Although the location is 100%, The service is average and the room amenities are also average. There is no bottled water provided in the room, and we felt the bed sheet is not clean enough As we have itchy throughout the night. The shower head tube is broken. The design of shower room door is not facilitating, and the bedroom ventilation is not strong enough.
