酒店位置灰常方便，樓下就是地鐵站，到牛車水等地標景點相當便捷，周邊好多餐廳和購物中心，酒店房間舒適，客房服務認真周到。本次和爸媽出行，長者家很開心，謝謝๑•́₃•̀๑

酒店地理位置非常好，出了大廳右轉就是地鐵口，可以直達去濱海灣、烏節路、牛車水區域，都是三四站的距離。附近500米有一個商場great world City，吃的很豐富，網紅餐飲亞坤吐司和coconut都有。
酒店服務也很不錯，生日當天還送來房間一個小蛋糕。酒店房間面積在新加坡非常難得，房間裏有直飲水，自助退房很方便。

這個酒店優缺點都很明顯。最大的優點是房間大以及有1.5米雙人床+1米單人床這樣的房型，兩個成年人可以睡得很舒服，三個成年人也可以一間，在新加坡很少見！酒店離地鐵站也很近，基本上就是地鐵上蓋，穿過旁邊一個破商場就是地鐵口，不過TEL線除了去濱海灣花園和東海岸比較方便，去其他地方都要換乘，新加坡的換乘簡直走**，換一次約等於走了一站…附近走10分鐘不到有個Great World商場還不錯，是嘉裏的物業，走這10分鐘，等於地鐵一站路……
缺點就是房間舊，有一股黴味，設施也是20年前的水平。空調因為也是老舊的，不存在新風/除濕這種功能，空調聲音也很大。不誇張的説，帶過去乾的衣服，放衣櫥裏掛幾天也是潮潮的感覺…另外酒店的工作人員態度也挺一般，客房打掃不仔細不專業，前台臭臉多過笑臉，走廊上看到客人不會積極主動打招呼。早飯的選擇看着不少實際能吃的比較少，麪是要自己燙的，工作人員的問題也是一樣就是態度不好….另外那個連通地鐵的破商場裏面有商K，晚上經過都是咯咯噠有點雷。
如果不是因為這個房型，真的沒有選擇這個酒店的理由了…..

My daughters enjoyed their stay at the Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium. The three of them were able to share a non-smoking room together and it was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and courteous. There is a laundromat on site. The hotel location was also excellent.

Maintenance of rooms is crucial. Housekeeping and maintenance departments got to put more effort. Dust can be seen everywhere in the room.
Both bedside lights not working. Socket on the writing table not working. Pen put in laundry drawer instead of on the writing table. I thought pen not provided to begin with.
Most important thing is the water pressure. It’s very high and because of this bidet can’t be used and through out the night I can hear if the room next door flushed the toilet or used the tap. It is very loud.
Simple things but nobody bothered to check.
