Good value for money. If you have higher expectations for room space, this might not be the most suitable option. Overall, my stay was good. There is also a shop downstairs selling traditional kuih and food, good to try.
The hotel is conveniently located near several popular attractions, including Chinatown (牛车水), and is just a short drive to Maxwell Food Centre and Hong Lim Market & Food Centre. This makes it a great base for exploring the city and enjoying a wide variety of local food.

Highly recommended! Excellent value for money in SingaporeI had a wonderful stay at Value Nice Hotel Hotel. The price is very good for Singapore, and you get great deals for what you pay. The rooms are quite clean, and the housekeeping staff do a fantastic job—honestly better than many other places I have stayed! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is also very nice and convenient. It is right near a bus stop, close to the MRT, and near a local market. Everything you need is nearby. I am very happy with my stay and will definitely come back!

Excellent budget hotel, we really enjoy our stay and highly recommended. All staff are friendly and can be trusted. My Next trip to Singapore I will still choose this hotel🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡

The hotel was decent for the price. The location was not the most convenient, and while the room itself was clean, the overall cleanliness of the hotel could have been better. The shower was also very small, which made it somewhat uncomfortable to use. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and facilities.

Service is good. And workers are nice. Especially the guy who sit in the lobby. Location is good. You can easily go anywhere in this location.
