From our records, we had arranged to move you to a 6 Premium Bed room to better accommodate your preference not to share with male guests, and fortunately the room assigned at that time was occupied only by female guests; additionally, long-term residents were accommodated separately and were not placed in the same room. During your stay, no concerns regarding bites or bedbugs were reported to our team, however we take this matter seriously and continue conducting inspections and checking all areas of the room carefully to maintain cleanliness and guest comfort.
