A Hotel Chinatown

I reli enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The best part was the staff service, everyone was super friendly, helpful, and attentive. On the other hand, the facilities inside the room are a bit old, but it was within my expectation given the hotel’s history, style and price. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The location is very convenient, and the room was clean even though the facilities were a bit dated. Some minor maintenance or a refresh of the bathroom and toiletries cud make it perfect. Wi‑Fi worked fine and the air‑con was good, all at a reasonable price for wat u get.

Perfect location surrounded by plenty of great dining options. Though the room is compact, it’s fully equipped with all essentials for travelers. Will choose this hotel again during my visit. Friendly & help fully staff: Sara,Ria, Xue, Laura, Gladys & Jeffery.

Great, clean and comfortable. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The bar nearby reduces the music sound just at the right time in the midnight for us and the nearby residents to sleep.

The location is very convenient, with a nearby station and easy access to major tourist spots within about 15 minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I especially appreciated being able to borrow an adapter for my European plug. The room was small but sufficient for one person and equipped with the essentials. The air conditioning worked well. However, the room felt a bit worn and not as well-maintained compared to other hotels. There was a slight cigarette smell upon arrival, which improved after turning on the air conditioning. One downside was the noise — the room was not soundproof, and I could hear conversations from the hallway. There was also noticeable noise outside early in the morning. Light sleepers may want to consider other options.

A very recommended hotel, located in the heart of Chinatown, it is such a strategic location. The hotel is near food street & MRT. So it is easy to go anywhere and choose anything you want to eat. The staffs are so friendly! The room is also clean with complete amenities. If I have to say one bad thing about this hotel is that it is not soundproof so if the street is noisy then you will hear it full volume from the room. Shout out to Laura, Xue, Gladys, Jeffrey, and Pan! ＜3 I forgot to take a picture of the room but the room is exactly like what you see on the internet!

Overall, the stay was pretty good. However, if you’re a light sleeper or tend to sleep early, I wouldn’t recommend it. There’s a bar next door that plays loud music until around midnight. When I checked in, I witnessed another guest making a complaint about the noise. The front desk had already offered him a room change, but he was still unhappy. The situation escalated, and they ended up arguing right in front of me.

Friendly staff but single room is quite small but location is perfect, very close to China Town, just 5min walk from Hotel. We went to the food court and the chicken rice was delicious and coffee tastes good as well.
