Hilton Singapore Orchard

Overall, the room was great, and the service was very thoughtful. I was really satisfied with my stay. The only minor downsides were that running out of water was inconvenient, and the pool was quite small.

The room was much larger than I expected; we had two big suitcases, and there was plenty of space to open them up. It was cleaned daily. The location is super convenient, right between Orchard and Somerset MRT stations, making shopping, dining, and finding local Singaporean food incredibly easy. Not many of the front desk staff speak Chinese, but you can try looking for someone who looks like us 😄. Overall, our 5-night stay here was very comfortable.

The room is a bit small. It's located on Orchard Road in a busy area, with many shops downstairs, making it very convenient for walking to do some shopping.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was patient and thoughtful. The location is very convenient, right next to major shopping malls and restaurants. I booked this for my birthday, and on my birthday, they surprised me with a small birthday cake and a 'Happy Birthday' graffiti – it was a lovely surprise! I'll definitely choose Hilton again next time!

Excellent location, convenient for dining and shopping, close to everything. The hotel environment is great, offering good value for money. I stay here every time I visit, it's so convenient. The restaurant on the fifth floor is also very handy; I ate there for several days.

The room was spacious, but the price was high. The breakfast was disappointing; I never saw any salmon during my two-day stay. The pool was tiny, and I didn't see anyone using it. Overall, the room itself was comfortable, but the breakfast and pool were a letdown.

Our check-in was handled by Brandon Chai, the Assistant Front Office Manager, who provided excellent and attentive service. We had a slight issue during the booking process, but we didn't even feel the need to bring it up to him. Later, we encountered a minor problem after checking in, and combining it with the previous issue, we spoke with Joshua Liew, the Front Office Manager, in the 5th-floor lobby. He was incredibly professional and patiently listened to all the problems our family faced during the booking. He then provided us with a pen and paper to note things down and immediately offered a satisfactory solution! He made me feel that choosing the Hilton brand was the right decision, and I will definitely choose Hilton again in the future. If I have the chance to visit Singapore again, I'll certainly stay at the Hilton Orchard!
