The hotel boasts a fantastic sea view and the pool and water activities are perfect for families with kids. In the evenings, there are sparkler shows on the beach, creating a unique ambiance to enjoy dinner while watching the performance.

My son and I stayed for five days and four nights. On the first day, I noticed dust on the mirror frame and soap dispenser in the bathroom, but I didn't bother with it since I wouldn't be touching them much. On the second night, after going out, we returned to find the bath towels hadn't been changed. Housekeeping said I didn't leave them on the floor, so they wouldn't replace them, tidy up, or hang them properly 🥲. Actually, the hand towel wasn't on the floor either, but that *was* replaced 😅. Okay, I'll just assume I'm lacking knowledge! On the third night, after a full day out, I was exhausted 🥵. I returned to the room and was shocked 🤬. Besides two bath towels being replaced, nothing else – the bedding, trash, floor… – had been cleaned or tidied up! I went down to the counter to complain, and the staff said 'sorry, we will check,' but in a suspicious tone, suggesting I might not have pressed the 'please make up room' button, which is why housekeeping wouldn't enter! I asked, 'Then why did they come in to replace two towels but do nothing else?' 🙄 He said he'd check the reason, and then I demanded someone come up immediately, at least to clear the trash! 🗑️🫣 Until I checked out and returned the key card, the staff proactively admitted they had 'general mistakes' that day! 'General mistakes'? Honestly, that excuse sounds like a generic, unsatisfactory answer 😒. Of course, they didn't offer any compensation or anything similar! But I won't be staying there again; never patronizing them again 🙅🏼‍♀️. This was the worst experience of our trip to Singapore! The only positive thing is that the hotel is very close to the MRT 🚊 Dhoby Ghaut station.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's within walking distance to the CBD, Chinatown, and Clarke Quay, and very close to the MRT station and several shopping centers. Fort Canning Park is right next door, just a turn to the right when you exit.

The room size is pretty decent for Singapore standards. The bed is soft yet supportive. The rooftop pool water is quite cold, and the free mini-fridge and ice cream were a nice touch. The only drawback is that we had to specifically ask the housekeeping staff to clean the room; they didn't do it proactively (we stayed for 2 nights).

The room isn't huge, but it's not too cramped for a family. The rooftop pool wasn't crowded, and the location is great, making it easy to get around. Plaza Singapura is just a short walk away, which is super convenient for shopping and dining.

Traveling with family, the hotel's location was unexpectedly excellent. It's right next to a large shopping mall that has a Pop Mart where you can find many limited edition items. Downstairs from the mall, there are plenty of food options, a supermarket, and both a subway and bus station just a few minutes' walk away. The facilities are very comprehensive. It's also only a 5-minute walk from Fort Canning Park. While the room was small, it was very clean, making it perfect for those with high hygiene standards. The front desk staff were very prompt with cleaning and always tried their best to accommodate any requests. Plus, there's free ice cream in the afternoon and complimentary drinks provided daily.

The room was clean and comfortable, spacious, and had excellent natural light. The bed was soft and provided a good night's sleep. All the facilities were complete and well-maintained, looking almost new. Overall, the stay was very pleasant. The soundproofing was a bit lacking, as I occasionally heard people talking and knocking sounds. I would still consider staying here again if I have the chance.

The loft room was smaller than expected, but overall it was still comfortable. We didn't get breakfast because it didn't seem worth it; we figured we could find better and more affordable options outside, and there were plenty nearby. The location, though, was absolutely fantastic – right in the city center and incredibly convenient.

This is my second time here, and the location is excellent! Dhoby Ghaut MRT station makes it easy to go anywhere. The famous 'tree hole' cafe is also just a 5-minute walk away. My kids loved the complimentary drinks and snacks, and having a water dispenser was very convenient.
