Four Seasons Hotel Singapore Reviews

We stayed here to celebrate my son's birthday. Before our stay, they asked about the purpose of our visit, and when I mentioned it was for my son's birthday, they prepared a wonderful surprise decoration in the room. Furthermore, when I told them my son loves balloons, they even delivered adorable balloons, which made us incredibly happy. All the staff treated our family warmly throughout our stay, and we truly had a wonderful time. We would definitely love to stay at the Four Seasons again.

Singapore trip – Four Seasons Hotel, absolutely delightful! The location is fantastic, right on Orchard Road, behind Hermès, and close to many popular attractions. As soon as we arrived in the lobby, a friendly doorman was there to help with our luggage. The front desk had a lovely lady, Ms. Pan, who spoke Chinese and provided exceptional service! She was so patient and kind, making us feel like we were coming home after a long journey. The cleanliness was truly impeccable, and the turndown service was very timely. Every evening after dinner, we'd return to a spotless room with slippers and water neatly arranged. Many say the hotel is a bit old, but I personally don't think so; it's incredibly well-maintained! Definitely has that classic old-money vibe. I would absolutely choose to stay here again; it left me with so many wonderful memories!

Just a tip, Exit 11 from the subway is the closest and most convenient way to get to the hotel. 😊 The high-floor rooms offer great views. It's super convenient to get to Universal Studios, and I'd recommend visiting the Botanical Garden, which isn't far from the hotel.

Facilities: The floor drain was a bit clogged, but it was quickly fixed. The lighting was a little dim. Hygiene: Very clean, with housekeeping twice a day without disturbing guests at all. Environment: The view was fantastic, but the unheated pool was a bit cold. Service: Thoughtful, attentive, and enthusiastic.

We found a piece of paper in the bottom of water and chipped water next day. The staff are friendly and not their fault at all but it’s pretty disappointing

This hotel is a peaceful retreat in a lively area, and the service is absolutely top-notch. However, the pandan cake provided on my check-in day had a lot of chocolate sauce on it from who-knows-where, and the lid was also stained. Plus, one of the bath towels had a visible stain. The cleaning really wasn't up to par.

The hotel is conveniently located right in Orchard, making it easy to get anywhere. They send an email beforehand to confirm details. Although the hotel is a bit old, the room facilities are all very new. Even if there's an issue with the facilities, the engineering department responds very quickly. P.S. It's 500m far from exit 11 of orchard station. The staff are very nice and service mind, they also ask you about how will you go to airport if anything that they can help you.

One of the best place to stay in Singapore. Magnificent Orchad Streen and beautifull location can give you opportunity visit whole Singapore but not only shore side. I stay in club room with club access and club pool access. Service is excellent as usual in Four Seasons Hotels around the world. I tried all restaurants in hotel aand i was surprised of deashes and service. I can truly recomend Four Seasons Singapore for business and holliday travellers.

After a long search, this was the only hotel I found with a room offering two 1.5-meter beds. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by how upscale the hotel was. The location is absolutely fantastic, right on Orchard Road, with very convenient subway access. It has a wonderful old-money charm. My only complaint is that it's a bit pricey, but otherwise, no issues. They have a really professional gym with complimentary fruits and drinks, and you can even get your body fat tested. There are also courts for tennis and pickleball. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit!

Absolutely wonderful. An older hotel nestled amongst lush greenery. Nothing bad to say at all. So comfortable. And no kids running around at breakfast either.

This is an older hotel, but the facilities are still excellent. The location is super convenient – it's just a 3-minute walk from Orchard MRT Station, Exit 11. We received welcome snacks upon check-in (and a teddy bear for the little one!). The pool on the 20th floor ranges from 0.8m to 1.4m deep and even has a few floats and kickboards available, which my child loved. The free extra bed was a great bonus. There's also an M&S supermarket nearby... and ION shopping center is accessible from MRT Exit 9, perfect for shopping.

The room was spotless, and the service was incredibly warm and attentive. They even arranged a cake for my birthday during my stay, which was a lovely surprise and tasted delicious – truly five-star quality! Plus, the surrounding area is super convenient for dining and sightseeing.

Before coming to Singapore, I browsed through many hotels and finally chose the Four Seasons. After all, it's a well-established brand with top-notch service. They remember your needs and consistently meet them every day without you having to remind them, which was a great experience. The room was also very clean. The M&S next to the hotel has a supermarket, making it convenient for shopping. It's about a 10-minute walk to the shopping malls on Orchard Road.
