Exceptional service from the staffs. Hotel is very great and convenient to the bus stop. I will surely book and come back again when I return to Singapore

Second time trying orchard rendezvous hotel after two years. This is my first time trying their club lounge. Took awhile for the check in as only two counters were available and there were many people trying to check in. After checking in, me and my partner wanted to explore the lounge however the staff who attended us forgotten to grant us the access to the lounge and we have to go down to request for the access with the long queue. Thank god we managed to approach one for their staff and he managed to settle for us without queuing.Room was big but the tv was a little small and outdated. We were served with their welcome refreshment upon checking in the room. During afternoon session, They served cookies , nuts and some pastries with tea/coffee. Evening cocktails and canapés were good and filling. Jea and Julius ( if I get the name correctly) were very attentive they will go around to top up your drinks once u have finished and they provide good services 👍🏻 overall a pleasant experience

Awesome, booked a club room and enjoyed all day lounge access. With unlimited cocktails 6-8pm. Will book again next week.

Walk from reception counter, no one help to deliver my 3 bags to my room Also have to carry up all my 3 bags to another level by steps Really no easy ! Surrounding area hard to have food unless highend Japanese restaurants Due to one way traffic not easy to come back to hotel unless have to go a long way to be back even a short route to orchard.

My recent stay at Orchard Rendezvous Singapore exceeded expectations primarily due to its central location. The hotel's tranquil surroundings provided a welcome retreat, while its attentive service and well-appointed rooms ensured a comfortable stay.

Good location, friendly staff and spacious room!

Reception and bell service staff were very friendly helpful. Room conditions are functional and quite spacious, toilet lighting can be improved though, current lighting is quite dim and not so conducive for shaving (and for ladies, not conducive for make-up)

Clean and spacious hotel Cleanliness: - In terms cleanliness, the room is immaculate. No physical signs of dust settling anywhere in the room. - The floor are mostly carpeted and clean. Amenities: - Room was unfortunately not equipped with smart tv. International channels are very limited and the connection is slow. - Room is very spacious. Suitable to bring guests for card games. - The view from the room is unobstructed. So it’s quite nice to see from the balcony. - The tv was installed in the positioned right in front of the bed. - The shower area is very clean. - Beds and linens are comfortable. Additional pillows are provided by default. There is a sheltered carpark within the hotel but not stroller-friendly. On the overall, I will definitely come back again. Very affordable rates for a well-known hotel.

Amenities are clean and check-in was fuss free. Walking distance to shopping malls and food is easily available.

Facilities and staff are nice. Room is spacious. Good amenities around. Noisy during the day because of the construction. Breakfast is pretty basic so if not included in the package, can buy from outside.

Hotel refused to allow cancellation or partial refund even when I submitted an MC. Requested for a doctor’s memo, which I hadn’t thought of trying to get one when at the clinic 😔 Will never consider this hotel again
