Victoria Hotel a NuVe Group Collection Reviews

I was searching for an ideal hotel stay for just one night. It is not far from Bugis MRT station and is within a short walking distance. The single room was spacious enough for me. I basked in the comfort where I was able to spend my time in peace and quietness. The hotel does provide all toiletries including disposable slippers and a free mini-bar in the room too. As it has air-conditioning, I had a good sleep all night long. It was definitely an enjoyable stay. Will certainly come back again but with an upgraded room on the next stakeout. Staff is friendly and courteous too.. Great service💯.😁👍😎!

All the staffs are so accommodating and attentive.Will surely comeback here again.

The Hotel is perfect if you need a Place to sleep. Right next to the entrance is a seven Eleven Store where you can buy breakfast like onigiri. The Bath room is enough and it is perfect for a city trip. The Marina is not far away and interesting houses are close by.

I'm not sure if all their rooms are like this, but I somehow got one that as a wheelchair accessible toilet. The front desk was mostly helpful, though on the second day they cleaned all the cups but left one dirty. When I asked for it to be changed, the uncle at the front desk had a hard time understanding both English and Chinese. Overall, a nice clean place to stay. I don't mind the size, although I would appreciate that the hotel take it upon themselves to monitor activities along the corridor since there was a massive family who were running up and down the hallway up until 5am in the morning.

The location is very good,nearby have many different types of food to choose.and very near to mrt.

The location is near from Bugis also MRT station. The room was so clean. The hotel looks like it has just been renovated, so everything is still new, including the toilet in the lobby, the mini bar in the room is very complete, I even got some snacks. My room is located at the end and the room area is wider than the other rooms in the hallway, I can see it through my room window. It was an extraordinary experience, I will return to this place if I visit Singapore next time. Thank You

Great location. Walking distance to Bugis, City Hall, Raffles Place. Direct train from Changi Airport.

The location is perfect for travel around the city and convenience to ride buses. Hotel services are provided and very friendly helpful staffs. Need to add some small towels in room as well. I enjoyed the stay in Victoria hotel. Thanks a lot.

Location and service are excellent but facilities are already dated.

Everything is fine, except for the entertainment TV channels. Most hotels provide FOC cable TV channels for house guest's viewing. Thank you.

The room was good for a single person. The staff at the front desk were super good. Very professional and friendly catering to all the needs. The location is walking distance to bugis junction so quite centrally located for MRT. The guy at the front desk let me use travel adapter as I hadn’t carried one. Definitely recommend this place

Strategic location, hotel is small but clean and cozy. Reasonable price and friendly front desk receptionist, overall experience is good, it is definitely a good option for budget and solo travellers.

It a tidy and comfortable hotel, the design is very delicate and utility, the environment is so nice that we spent great two days there.
