I really like this Hotel in singapore. It is as it's slogan "Every room A Home" it is really is. By the time i went to the room i feel the room is quite spacious. That is no1. Priority for most of the guest i think. The feel is very warm and all the amanities inside the room are just in right place, the bathroom is quite spacious and using flulances light very bright i like it very much, i don't want bath room is dark dark. Moreover, bath tub is clean and faucets are working well.
The counter top granite and attached dryer are the things i really like it.
Room floor is placing wood pacaque, it is good for most of the ladies guest and elderly guest i believe and it gives warm feel confortable.
Bustop just infront of hotel how convienents is it? Doesn't like other ares this Newton area at night is very peaceful and very relaxing *location wise very good* near to 2 big shopping mall and eateries.
The lobby is very good ambiance. Neat, simple and tidy.

Pros:
Great location — the bus stop is right in front of the hotel with direct buses to Newton MRT, and it’s only 4–5 stops from Orchard Road. It’s also just a short 7-minute walk to United Square mall behind the hotel, which is convenient for meals and shopping. The room is old but very clean, including the bedsheets and overall maintenance.
Cons:
The shower is inside a high bathtub, which you need to climb into. It feels quite high and can be a bit unsafe, especially for older guests or anyone with mobility concerns.

Hotel is spacious and good. The rooms are quite big however the bed quality need to good one to make stay more comfortable.

Excellent location with walking distance to MRT and food outlets nearby. Room is spacious and buffet breakfast is good with average variety of food.

We booked a room with a king bed, however we were assigned in a family room with one queen bed and one single bed without knowing from the staff. The staff were not friendly when doing registration. Also, we found a stain on the single bed.

The room was nice! The bed was comfortable & clean. Minus point because there is no bidet :( Room service was quick & efficient. The TV was very difficult to use and the wifi was a little slow. Other than that, not bad for a cheap price staycation!

The staff was friendly and they took pains to decorate the room for my birthday. Thank you for making my 10 days stay so pleasant. Love the location which is near to Novena MRT and I can walk to Tan Tock Seng Hospital for my appointment.
