Extremely convenient location, situated between two metro stations and just a five-minute walk to Union Square. Everything is within a ten-minute walk. The breakfast was plentiful and excellent. Highly recommended!

I was back here after a while..there were some small changes here and there. Yes..keep it up for improvements! I requested for checking out at 1.00pm the next day and told the staff to take note so that their other staff would be aware as well. They said that it would be noted in the system. However, I still received a call just before 12 noon but I did not answer it as I was in the bathroom. Hmmm..oh well.. All else were acceptable for a short stay. Thank you.

This is an older hotel. The plumbing was broken and couldn't be fixed, so they gave us a different room. Breakfast was just okay, and there were a lot of tour groups. Luggage storage is just in the lobby, relying on guests to be responsible, which feels a bit exposed.

Very welcoming staffs! Specially Spencer and the other guy (indonesian) they are the one who we talked to during the checkin process. The rooms are spacious and they even figured out that there is a leak on our bathroom,without us knowing! So they called and changed our room (to a bigger one) yay us.

The hotel is neat and clean; however, they don’t have a bidet. The staff are very warm and welcoming. The location is very accessible when it comes to transportation and restaurants.
