The hotel is very clean, and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. When checking in, you just hand your luggage directly to the staff, and after you complete the check-in process on the fourth floor, someone will bring your luggage directly to your room. When checking out, you leave your luggage on the fourth floor, and then pick it up on the first floor when you're ready to leave, which is super convenient. The hotel also has drinking water available, so remember to fill up your water bottle before heading out. It's also close to two subway lines, making getting around very easy.

Even though it was quite early, they accommodated our early check-in. Having a Daiso and Saizeriya nearby was also a huge plus for Japanese visitors.

This hotel has a great design. It's connected to a mall downstairs, which makes dining very convenient. The hotel isn't too far from the main attractions, about a 15-minute walk, but it can be a bit challenging in hot weather. You can choose based on your personal preference.

Excellent! This is my second stay here, and it's still a perfect experience. The lobby is absolutely stunning, grand and opulent! Every time I come, I feel so good; it's also very spacious.

An old, luxurious hotel with spacious public areas. The suite was on the smaller side, and the bedding was mediocre. The bathroom fixtures felt cheap and outdated. The 'sea view' from the suite's balcony? It was angled, what a letdown. The executive lounge offered just a few pastries and fruits – very perfunctory. The service was poor, showcasing the inherent Singaporean arrogance towards mainland Chinese. Conclusion: Not worth it.
