How do I even begin to describe this? I knew the room would be small before I arrived, and I was okay with that. However, I specifically booked this place because the listing mentioned a Mandarin-speaking front desk staff. When I got there, I was a bit distracted. The person checking me in only spoke English. They didn't arrange for someone who spoke Chinese for me. She just kept talking, and honestly, I didn't understand a single word. She even kindly circled and highlighted things on my room card. But when I got the card, I couldn't understand anything on it, so I quickly asked Doubao which floor the room was on. Also, during my 4-night stay, someone rang my doorbell every day, but when I went to check, there was no one there. I have no idea what that was about! I'm really unhappy with the hotel in that regard – the daily doorbell ringing, what's that supposed to mean? On the positive side, it's very close to the MRT station, and there's a food court downstairs. The food court has Koufu. I feel it's better than Ya Kun; Ya Kun is too sweet and expensive.

My overall experience staying at V Hotel was quite good. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to the MRT station, making it easy to get to Singapore city center, attractions, and the airport. There are also many restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores nearby, offering great amenities. Although the room wasn't particularly large, it was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning and hot water supply were also stable. The hotel staff were friendly, and the check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient. They were also helpful when I encountered issues. Considering accommodation prices in Singapore, V Hotel offers excellent convenience, quality of stay, and overall value for money, making it ideal for business travelers or independent tourists. If I visit Singapore again, I would consider staying here and would recommend it to travelers who prioritize convenient transportation and good amenities.

Checked in and dropped off my luggage. When I got back to the hotel at night, I opened the closet and found clothes from the previous guest. I called an attendant, and he said they belonged to a pilot. I was a bit speechless.

The room was very clean and tidied daily. It's very close to the subway station, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The only downside is that the rooms facing the road can be a bit noisy, as the ICA building is right opposite. Transportation is very convenient, and the hotel front desk staff speaks a little Chinese. The view from the window was also nice.

The location is near the MRT, which is perfect for travelers using public transport. There are plenty of food options nearby, as well as a mall.

For this price in Singapore, the value for money is exceptional. The air conditioning works really well, and the subway and a food court are right downstairs. The hotel service was excellent; we put the wrong key card in, and the front desk immediately gave us a new room. 👍
