My room was so cool, cozy, and functional. Perfect for solo staycations. The location was superb. Just walking distance to bus stops, mrt, and Vivo City. The pool was smaller than expected and the breakfast was a bit subpar. My first breakfast majority of the foods tasted artificial. The second breakfast day was a bit better. Front desk staff were efficient and welcoming. The view from my room was okay. Had a view of the trees and the road but it was too close as I was on the 4th floor. Could not open the window because people may see me as there were people and cars passing through the road.
Stayed at this hotel for 3 days 2 night, together with friends who came over from other countries, and everything was awesome! There was a fanmeet at Vivo City, so it was quite convenient considering the number of bus stops and mrt nearby this hotel (about 5 mins walk away)
i’ve stayed here twice, the room is comfortable for its price, clean, hygiene is great, they even supplied two water bottles, as well as toiletries. Location wise, to walk to the MRT wud take very long, but conveniently u have bus stops less than 2-3 mins walk from the lobby. There’s buses that takes u to the closest MRT (Harbourfront). There’s also direct bus to Outram Park MRT.
Only downside, there’s no eateries like coffee shops or restaurants nearby. So late night munch wud be hard.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay, wud repeat for the third time!

Staying in Singapore has certainly been an experience, and overall, it was quite… unique 😅
First, the pros:
1. **Convenient Location**: It's about 900 meters from Harbourfront Vivocity, roughly a 10-minute walk.
2. **Affordable Price**: At 625 RMB per night (weekend rate, slightly higher than weekdays) including tax, this is considered quite cheap in Singapore, where prices are sky-high 😅.
3. **Cleanliness**: The room was very clean and well-maintained, as expected from a chain brand.
Now for the cons:
First, the room is tiny, definitely less than 13 square meters. The actual usable space, including the bathroom, is only about six or seven square meters.
Second, I honestly didn't understand what ”1 double bed measuring 1.31 meters” meant at first. After checking in, I realized that 1.31 meters was the total width of *two* beds! Divided by two, each bed was only 0.65 meters wide 😅. Honestly, this is the narrowest bed I've ever slept in 😅.
I didn't think much of it and just lay down, but in the middle of the night, I almost fell off the bed when I turned over. I had to get up and push the two beds together to be able to continue sleeping, albeit uncomfortably, due to the large, sunken gap in the middle. Also, I don't know who keeps them, but there are several chickens in the green belt outside, and they started crowing incessantly before 7 AM. It feels a bit out of place for a business hotel to have chickens outside, not quite fitting with Singapore's sophisticated, elite image, haha 😅.
Another experience related to ”cultural differences”: The hotel doesn't provide bottled water. There's a ”drinking water” sign on the bathroom faucet, but I didn't dare drink it, haha 😅. Luckily, I brought two bottles of water myself (500ml + 600ml), which I managed to make do with for a day and a half. Plus, there was a 600ml bottle of mineral water on the Aeroline bus on the way back the next evening. This saved me money on buying water in Singapore (not including a coconut shake and a durian cendol I bought the next day).
Singapore is really hot and humid. The sun is scorching during the day, and walking outside feels like being roasted alive 😅. Restaurants and food courts don't provide free hot or cold water. Water might indeed be a scarce resource here, which I can rationally understand 😅.
The hotel was pretty good overall, the bathroom and the toilet were connected so after showing the floor was very slippery which is quite dangerous, the smell in the lift and the corridors was not very pleasant, most likely because of the old carpets. The staff was very nice and friendly too. Sometimes the heater wasn’t working properly. Overall it was a great location and a good place to stay in only for the night.

I recently stayed at QT Singapore and had a wonderful experience. I’d like to give a special thanks to one of the front desk staff — a tall gentleman with glasses — for his outstanding service. He was incredibly patient, helpful, and made me feel very welcomed from the moment I arrived.
The hotel room itself was beautifully designed, with a unique and stylish touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. It was also very comfortable and well-equipped.
Highly recommend this hotel for both the service and the overall experience!

My recent trip to Singapore was made truly perfect by my stay at The Westin Singapore! The hotel is ideally located in the city's downtown financial district, with an MRT station just a short walk downstairs, making transportation incredibly convenient. Surrounded by towering office buildings, it truly captures the vibrant and prosperous atmosphere of the area.
The outdoor infinity pool on the 35th floor offers breathtaking views overlooking Marina Bay. Swimming there, you feel truly integrated with the cityscape. Rooms start from 40 square meters, providing ample space and comfort. The soft bedding ensured a wonderfully restful night's sleep. The bathroom features separate wet and dry areas, complete with a rain shower – perfect for washing away any travel fatigue.
Breakfast was extensive and varied, offering a wide selection of both Western and Chinese dishes. I was particularly delighted to find local Singaporean specialties like Katong Laksa – absolutely fantastic! The staff were warm, professional, and efficient. Check-in was quick, and they thoughtfully provided recommendations for nearby attractions. Next time I visit Singapore, I'll definitely choose to stay here again!

Didn't clean the room in the first day
I couldnt find any info on how to reach front desk or catering from my room via land phone
Food ordered via Grab was left at 1F entrance
Ascoot Orchard concierge can deliver food to my room directly
Clear instructions in the room for how to contact front desk
Why Ascott Raffles offers much poor service vs Ascott Orchard

Room was very clean, receptionist service was good and personalise. Entire hotel comes with very nice aroma smell, mood uplifting. Hotel is just located next to MRT station, very convenient to commute, as well as the Bars Alley, easy to get food and drinks while late. Breakfast choices at the surrounding F&B outlets taste great. Will definitely be back again for next visit.
