We had a wonderful time at YOTEL celebrating our wedding anniversary. The room was modern and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay and we felt the most special after receiving their complimentary gift and letter to us

We stayed here for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. 😍The view was really beautiful and the pool was very nice and relaxing. The place was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere made our stay enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would be happy to come back again. ♥️💐

The lady at the front desk spoke fluent Chinese, which was very helpful. The room she assigned us had a fantastic view, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Universal power outlets were also available, which was a nice touch. My only minor disappointment was that our room type didn't come with a bathtub. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the service was very attentive. While both the noodles and vermicelli were seafood-flavored, it would have been even better if they had offered some traditional Chinese options like Zhajiang noodles or beef dishes.

Check in was done very smoothly. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. The food served was also great. We had a great time even its just for a night.

A relatively new hotel which started in 2023, COMO Metropolitan Singapore is a 19-level hotel with a rooftop bar and infinity swimming pool. The room is big, with complimentary private bar items replenished daily. Breakfast variety can be better as there are limited all-you-can-eat items and only 1 main dish can be ordered. There is an interesting robot barista on the 6th level of which you can order coffee.

If not slow, the check-in process took longer time than I expected Superior Queen Room: The room was clean and chic but the hotel could use smart TVs for movies Pool towels: towel was smelly, the cabinet was not labelled, and was not easy to find Free ice-creams is from 3 PM to 6 PM, please extend the time at least until 9 PM / after dinner time The breakfast was too dry and had very limited options

Central location with many easily accessible shopping choices with great breakfast varieties and quality. Otherwise, room layout is not suitable for solo or couples with basically no window (which is actually a sofa bed surrounded by buildings) so the room is always dark. Toilet was smelly upon checkin so I gotta splash wash to cleanse it myself. Everything else is ok but I’d rather stay in Marriott at Tang plaza for proper windows at least.

The environment is awesome, away from the bustling main belt of Orchard Road. Very welcoming lobby and reception. Beautiful pool facing the lush landscape. Complimentary shuttle bus to Orchard Road for the house guests. Minibar is complementary with some drinks on daily replenishment basis. The only area I would like to request for improvement is when booked a king bed room type and given hollywood twin which is kind of uncomfortable joint in the middle. Happy to return for another stay.

Room Experience: The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished. The bed was comfortable with quality linens, ensuring a good night’s sleep. I appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water, tea and coffee facilities, and a well‑stocked bathroom with quality toiletries. Wi‑Fi was strong and stable throughout my stay. Facilities & Amenities: The hotel offers a well‑equipped gym, a relaxing outdoor pool surrounded by greenery, and several dining options with varied cuisines. Breakfast at the hotel was a highlight — fresh, plentiful, and well presented, with both Western and Asian selections. Service: Staff members were consistently friendly, polite, and ready to assist. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness and replenishing supplies daily. Location: While not directly next to an MRT station, the hotel provides easy access via a short walk or taxi to Orchard Road. It’s a peaceful retreat compared to staying right in the middle of the busy shopping district. Check‑out: The check‑out process was quick and efficient. Luggage storage service was available for those with late flights, which was very convenient. Overall Feedback: My stay at Shangri-La Tanglin Singapore was comfortable and enjoyable. The combination of friendly service, comfortable rooms, and quality facilities makes it a great choice for both leisure and business travellers. I would happily return in the future.

Our recent stay at York Hotel was absolutely wonderful, especially for our family. The hotel’s prime location on Orchard Road made it incredibly convenient. It was just a short walk to all the major shopping malls and attractions. One of the best features for us was the connecting rooms, which provided the perfect setup for our family with teenagers. Having two rooms gave us more space, privacy, and convenience, along with the luxury of two bathrooms and two TVs. This was fantastic, especially for our teens who appreciated having their own space while still being close to us. The breakfast buffet was a major highlight of our stay. The variety was impressive, offering everything from a continental spread to hot dishes, omelette stations, and freshly made waffles and pancakes. Our kids loved watching the chefs prepare their pancakes and choosing their favourite toppings. It made mornings extra special. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the York Hotel staff. They were friendly, helpful, and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Their outstanding hospitality more than made up for any minor imperfections in the hotel’s physical condition. We highly recommend York Hotel for families. Whether you’re travelling with young children or teenagers, the spacious connecting rooms, fantastic location, and delicious breakfast make it an ideal choice. We’ll definitely be back.
