Cons: - The whole hotel is undergoing renovation with hoardings/ tarpaulins around, had to walk over to another block via a transfer floor (also under renovation) and change lifts - Main pool and gym seems not accessible due to renovation works - Check-in took quite long to queue, even with all 4 counters in service, still by traditional pen-paper handling with requirement of deposit. Also noted some mass group room booking/ check-in probably by tours/ agents which largely took up reception’s capacity - Sound insulation is quite a problem. There was no seal under room entrance door (could see corridor light seeping through the bottom gap), and under separation door with adjacent room, could hear from neighbours quite clearly - Middle floor’s view of our room is limited to the podium pool (undergoing works), opposite hotel black and back lane of Funan mall. Reckon higher floors would have much better views - Windows of room are quite dirty from outside which affected the view. Single-glazing only, could hear city noises from time to time Pros: - Very convenient location at city centre right next to big Funan mall with direct connection to MRT and loads of food choice; right opposite to old fire station, Fort Canning Park, cathedral, etc; walkable to most city centre spots - Considerably spacious room in heart of city, which was recently refurnished with simple and modern touch - Clean interior, but with some touch-up on damaged toilet wall tiles. Some tiles seems to be replaced but with slight color variance with the remaining ones - Hot water with more than enough water pressure - Comfy beds and linens

The receptionist made me uncomfortable when I checked in at the Hotel. He asked me whether I wanted to add on pay for breakfast. I said I had booked including breakfast. Then He repeatedly looked at his monitor and told me that the hotel room I had booked did not include breakfast. I told him again that I was sure I had booked including breakfast for two person. I often asked him if he was sure, and he kept answered, ”Yes, it is without breakfast. He did seriously looking into the monitor” Since I believed I was booking with breakfast, I took out my phone from my bag then I checked my reservation. I showed him my booking details from my phone. Surprisingly, he only need few seconds to checked my phone like short glitch from far away, then he looked back at his monitor. But this time, he said, “Oh yes, with breakfast,” without bothering to say the simple word of “sorry” to fix the inconvenience situation from previous wrong information that he had told me so many times at front of reception counter. Does he do the same thing with other guests? from other countries? Or he feel okay doing that if the guests are Singapore-local? Then what if the guest only follows what he said by paying for breakfast even though guest have booked the room with breakfast included? Hopefully, that is not a breakfast scam. I believe the ParkRoyal Hotel system perfectly fine and impossible showing the invalid reservation details information on their receptionist computer staff. ParkRoyal Collection group hotel staff can provide much better service than that The receptionist's name is Zach.

Great location with views of Marina lagoon. Many malls and shopping centers in the range of 1Km. The breakfasts offered by the hotel is fantastic and the settings of the dinning hall. The online Grab taxi App is recommended to make the visiting much easier.

Hotel is spacious and clean. We managed to get a free upgrade upon checking in when there are no double beds available on a Saturday afternoon. We managed to get a quiet room in the corner. Here to celebrate my birthday, but have to call a few times before our call gets answered. The complimentary cake was sent up upon our second call after 30 mins of wait. Perhaps it’s a weekend & the staff were busy. To be fair, the time allocated to send the cake was 5-7pm but we were too hungry and went out to explore and came back at about 7.35pm. As we booked our stay via Trip, check out was hassle free. Location wise, it is really convenient as it is just opposite Chjmes and Raffles City and in between Bras Basar stations and City Hall Station. All within 5 mins walking distance. It’s a nice hotel to unwind and relax as the beds were comfy with ample pillows. I was well rested.

I really like the reception service and check in. It’s very smooth and staff there stand on your shoes to think for me. The hotel is near everywhere. It’s adjacent to Marina Corner and Suntec where you can do some shopping. The room is awesome. It basically gets a bird’s view of all the attractions near Sand Bay. Here I want to say thanks to Abhi at there front desk reception. He is super helpful and kind. Thumb up to Pan Pacific.

Booked 2 nights stay at Swissotel over the weekend (asked for complimentary rollaway bed) and requested for room facing MBS so that the kids can watch NDP preview fireworks. Superb view and service from Check-in, Concierge, Room Service and the hotel's location is GREAT! Food and nearby attractions are so accessible. It would be even better if there was a porter to help with our luggage at the entrance (peak period), children's waterplay or playground areas and more kids-friendly bathtub (the sides of the bathtub is abit rough).

You will not be disappointed with a stay here! Always love Conrad Centennial Singapore! All the staffs are very professional and friendly! The rooms have separate bathtub ( you will love their bathtub) and shower which is the best. Good location with train and buses readily available just a stone away… this is not my first stay , hence able to give all of you a comparison! Do swim in the night! You will love the view! Still love their breakfast even though there is a slight down (due to the variety as compared to past) but still consider good. Only wish is they will bring back the Conrad Signature Bear!!! This one really made me feel extremely disappointed . Other than that, Conrad will not disappoint you!

Honestly the best stay I’ve had in the longest time.It was my son’s birthday and I had a complimentary upgrade to a 2 bedroom instead and it was amazing.Super clean and spacious and we had the best time.The view was amazing cause it was facing the sea.Thank you to the staffs for being so accommodating and welcoming.We received a complimentary cake too.I look forward to coming back here again.A great staycay!

Dear M Hotel, I would like to express my feeling of satisfaction/gratitude toward Miss Jia Yi and the manager in resolving the issue I had over the stay quickly. My relative who works in F&B recommended the hotel for our stay in Singapore which we decided to follow through for 4days 3 nights. But perhaps due to a misunderstanding/misinformation during the checking in, we were not informed much about how to use room’s facilities e.g., a room make-up function, a policy regarding bed sheet and towels + the TV remote control was out of battery. I didn’t realize up until my parents informed me about it. I was upset and went to express my dissatisfaction to the reception while Miss Jia Yi was on her shift. She handled my complaint professionally, quickly noted down the issues and asked the maids to make up our rooms everyday onward. Without the explanation, the room-make up function is a little hard to use (I previously assumed the maid would come in normally). Anyway, I want to compliment the staff for their professionalism, not just in resolving our in-room situation but also for handing my negative emotion perfectly. With that being said, our stay at M Hotel was overall good and we wouldn’t mind coming back again. The location is perfect near the China town, MBS and not too far from Orchard Road. I'm thrilled to say my stay here surpassed all expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The check-in process was okay! The amenities were fantastic, from the efficient air conditioning to the smart TV and the water heater. The only minor downside was the absence of complimentary toothpaste, toothbrush and the soundproofing could be improved, but it hardly detracted from the overall experience. I look forward to returning in the future!

Hotel is conveniently located across a junction from City Hall MRT Station and Raffles City Shopping Centre. Heritage room is spacious for 2 pax, no space if you are considering an extra bed. Especially the bathroom, a large bath tub and shower and toilet separation is nice to have. A birthday cake was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast spread includes Asian, western, fruit and cheese, pastries and juices. However, taste is expected to be better considering the price. Breakfast starts 6.30am to 1030am at level 1.

We recently stayed at Pullman Hill St. for 2 nights after a little odyssey at Munich Airport because of the weather and didn't regret it. The hotel is modern and comfortable, extremely centrally located in the “old part” of Singapore. The roof terrace with the view of the Marina Bay and pool is just wow, the bed was super comfortable, I particularly liked the firmness of the pillows. The design is modern and takes up the railway theme everywhere in a great and skilful way, after all it's about the Pullman wagons 😀 The lobby welcomes you with old suitcases that have various stickers from old, formerly well-known hotels and the same Let's clarify the claim of the house, which obviously wants to see itself in a row with these houses. And it can be that way!!! The room was big enough and we didn't miss anything, a great, large safe that accommodates a laptop computer as well as everything else, a Nespresso coffee machine that served us well when we left at 4 a.m., a shower There's no need to be generous with good-smelling shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. What was also good for us was the provision of a comb packaged in organic quality, which unfortunately didn't make it into our luggage... On the morning of our departure we were provided with a delicious breakfast doggy pack - great! In short, we were very happy with the new Pullman Hill Street and can imagine staying there again if we end up in Singapore.

Great facility, beautiful infinity pool, trendy ambience, food, & excellent reception (specially huge thank to Mr. Talgat at check-in & check-out, the best hospitality ever experienced). However, the only fallout was breakfast buffet, where food was at variety, and delicious, but service was horrible, would say the worst in my life in 5 star hotel, no greeting at entrance (get ready to prepare leading yourself to seat) , no smiling across the restaurant, slowly taking away finished dishes, stacking up, guest moving around table on their own, so messed-up. Must get it improved, or keep ruining holiday mood for travelers beginning a day with breakfast.
