The transportation is very convenient and suitable for a short stay. It would be better if the price was lower. I hope there will be new towels every day.

I highly recommend it to anyone visiting .The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay truly enjoyable. A special thanks to the friendly Lady Shivi(might be miss spelling) the housekeeper, for her exceptional service. She was always friendly, attentive, and made sure my room was spotless every day. Her warm and professional attitude really made a difference in my experience. If it wasn’t her, I won’t book for a week. Overall, a fantastic hotel with excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!

I booked a room through Trip.com, but unfortunately, the room I received was very different from what was shown in the advertisement. The actual room had a strong bad smell, like cigarettes, and was not clean. It was very disappointing and not what I expected based on the pictures. However, after I complained, both Trip.com and the hotel were helpful. They arranged for me to move to a better room, which was much more acceptable. I appreciate the quick response, but I hope the listings in the future can be more accurate to avoid this kind of situation.

The corridor has a funky smell of antiseptic and foul smell. Lower your expectations even if it is just a transit stay. General cleanliness is there. No roaches or dirty stain etc. just that (suspect) the chemicals used for washing the sheets ,caused a slight rash due to my sensitive ski，although never experienced that before with other budget hotels of the same range

Suitable for a short night stay given the location and price while waiting for flight transit overnight. However the room is dirty that there are stains on the bed and pillow sheet. I also saw a cockroach! Room is small but I do not mind. Cleanliness is something K Hotel really need to work on.
