I've been to SG 4 times so for me, this is not bad knowing the hotel prices 😁😁 just depend on your travel budget and needs. If you want a staycation with no limit then this hotel is not for you obviously haha. But if you are on a budget and just wanna have fun around SG this is okay. The location is near tourist attractions.

The capsule hotel is good, nothing more and nothing less. But the privacy in the capsule is good and the bed is very comfortable. The price is really good for Singaporean standard and the location is really superb, just in the middle of the city Center, close to Raffles MRT station. But the hygiene is bed. Especially the showers and the toilets. There is no space in the bathroom to put your stuff. There are hooks inside the shower, so your towel and your clothes get wet, it's a really bad construction. The provided towel is very low in quality, when you use it, you'll have alot fluffs. There are no slippers provided. Although the access is really easy and quick. Check out is before 11 am

Geylang
The TV is not working, unable to watch local show. The Aircon is not that cooling, very old condition of the Aircon. It also got sound when the Aircon start the blower. Is a very budget hotel stay, this condition mainly for short time stay. Not suggest for overnight stay cause of the noise and the temperature of the Aircon.

Geylang
This accommodation is not for the faint hearted, or those who are likely to feel sick at the sight of a mouldy bathroom, damaged floor tiles and a bath with grime and peeling ceiling paint throughout etc. The pictures on the hotel website are in no way a reflection of it's current state of disrepair and neglect and issues with cleanliness and security in regard to broken window locks, makes for an uneasy rest, particularly at night. The double bed is too close to the main door, making it difficult to get in and out either with or without luggage. The hotel has a rickety old lift that shudders as if it is near on breaking down. An electric kettle, three complimentary bottles of water are all that comes with the room, a part from linen, towels and disposable toiletries. Not coffee or tea is provided. The room was also not serviced by cleaners or towels replaced during my three days stay. While there is a TV and an airconditioner, however, no mini fridge is provided, so be prepared to go down to the carpark area and pay for a cold soft drink from a vending machine. The other machine has a variety of 2 minute noodles. The reception is open 24/7 with frequent staff changeover so some friendly and a few not so much. I was not aware at the time of the booking that the K hotel 12 is situated on the edge of what is locally known as 'Sin City' or redlight district, Geylang, of Singapore. In the evenings, after 9pm, the streets in Geylang become noisey from cars honking, people loitering and talking loudly most of the night, you can overhear bargaining and dealing with minders outside the illegal and legal *******s, so if you're a very light sleeper, my advice is to have earplugs with you during your stay. There is a small mini-mart nearby and cafe's for provisions and quick dining, but I would try and get what you need before evening, to avoid ******* minders in the streets trying to get business from you and to meet the ladies inside the homes and hotels. There are many rent by the hour hotels and every even numbered street has a string of *******s in them. In my opinion, I would only recommend this hotel for the budget conscious traveller, if you are single or travelling with other singles, but not suitable for families with children. Despite it's sleazy reputation, Geylang has some great eateries and street food and relatively close to the Suntec City Convention Centre. Yellow and Blue taxi costs ($8 - $15) was minimal to and from the city areas (7-10 minutes drive) and MRT is about 600-800 mtrs from the hotel.

Geylang
Unexpected small but it’s already the best choice in the price range. Room and bathroom is clean and the water pressure is strong enough. Easy access to bus stop, convenience stores and all restaurants are nearby and open long hours. This Geylang area is red light district, female solo trip is advised to not walk alone at late night.
