Location is good close to the center and watever all the places you need by walking distance and the metro as well. The service just so sorry but I will recommend this hotel

Customer Service is good. Room is clean. Good breakfast, nearby train station.

Very close to metro station and city center, so it's super convenient. The historic decor of the building is quite an experience.

Lovely stay and great location

The hotel has a very good location and availability of transport, bus and metro to get anywhere. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, as was the large bathroom. The service had a coffee maker only for the first day, then they did not replace the service, and there was no hair dryer in the bathroom. Otherwise it's thumbs up

In a very good location. All the employees I came into contact with were courteous and helpful.

Hotel in a great location. The metro stop and the north train station were just a few meters away. Normal breakfast. The staff were friendly and available for requests. The only flaw is the structure: the cleanliness left something to be desired, especially the dirty sheets. I am sorry about that

If I come to the same place next time, I will still consider staying in this hotel again. However, it should be noted that the hotel does not provide toothpaste or toothbrushes.

Paid extra for a double bed but this ended up being a room with 2 separate single beds. When we went to report this, we were simply told to just slide these together. No hairdryer as described. Aircon not working.
