When entering the car park, the barriers were up, I was parked and just went shopping at AH. When leaving the parking lot on 16/06/21 at 4:29 PM I was blocked and harassed by the reception staff. After the intervention of the AH staff after 30 minutes I was able to get outside. In the future I will avoid the Stayen.

The hotel room was far too warm and unfortunately I couldn't get any cooler. The room, a skybox from STVV, is original. But the floor was in poor condition, you could see that the beds had been moved very often. This is a very big contrast with the bathroom and toilet, which are very luxurious. I also found several silverfish during my stay. It was also very noisy, which woke me up several times. In addition, the receptionists were very nice, the facilities perfect and the room wonderfully spacious. Parking is also perfect and the directions helped me find the parking garage perfectly.

Very spacious PMR room as well as the bathroom. Wc with grab bar, walk-in shower with bar. Very nice hotel. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Free parking nearby at night and on Sundays. Friendly staff

Everything was good except the heating: it was set to 28 degrees (!) and there was no way to cool down as the windows could not be opened.
So I slept poorly. Since it was New Year's Eve, there was no solution.
