유서깊은 호텔이라 하여 방문해 보았는데, 클래식하고 모든 부분에서 만족스러웠습니다. 조식을 비롯하여 저녁과 추천 와인은 물론, 리셉션의 매니저도 전문적이고 모두가 품격있어서 정말 좋은 경험이었습니다.

Do not stay at this hotel! NO parking whatsoever. Very dark and dank. Not a good experience at all. You have been warned. Pure chaos checking in as there was not even a space to stop and unload luggage. Parking only available in what looks to be an old concrete livestock stall down the hill from the property (dangerous for All rental cars).

This is a wonderful, traditional hotel with amazingly friendly and welcoming staff. We were made to feel like our happiness was paramount. We loved all of it. It is in a very central position and surrounded by beautiful mature trees which make it feel cool, shaded and very natural. The bed was very comfortable and it was so quiet at night that a good night’s sleep was secure. Our stay will live long in our memory.

This hotel proved to be a wonderful experience. Diana who checked us in was a wonderful person who made us feel special our whole stay. The room was amazing with spectacular views and the food was great. The only bad thing i have to say is our stay was too short and we were sad to leave.

The hotel is in an ideal location. The rooms are confortable and the staff is very nice and collaborative (especially Amanda at the front desk.) Be attentive when you check in about the “complete boarding package”. It is supposed to cover three meals a day. The food at the hotel is mediocre at best and the package is not worth the price (we ended up eating out after the first night dinner and they stuck us with the “full boarding” rate even though we did not consume the meals.) When we complained at check out they refused to adjust our bill. Parking is a huge problem -don’t drive there if you can avoid it. The instructions to find the tiny parking lot a very poor and if you miss the turn you have to drive for 45min just to get to the back to the hotel. After two failed attempts (and 90min of driving around the mountain to get back to the hotel Amanda kindly offered to guide us. Why they don’t offer that service from the start is beyond me.) At a minimum the hotel ought to put better signs to guide guests to the parking lot (the instructions they do offer are utterly useless.) Bottom line, an OK experience but be aware of the “full boarding” package it is not worth the price.
