I don't know where to start. I booked for two nights for 3 persons (2 adults, 1 child) but we stayed just one night because of: - no towels in the room - air conditioning not working - some lights not working - no fridge in the room - very dirty rooms ( floors, ceiling and on the walls they did some work but didn't fix it well) - and the worst was MOLD on the walls. We asked to change the room because of the MOLD, and we hoped that the other room would be better. No, it was not. We didn't shower either after we saw our room, slept in our clothes and left early in the morning. I write this review to help others, especially families, who care about good conditions ( cleaning) the pictures of this property not reflected the reality. Not worth ANY money.

Soggiorno (di due ore) da incubo. Il peggio del peggio. - Arrivo alle 21 dopo 12 ore ore viaggio in auto. Dopo i saluti di rito Il proprietario mi chiede cosa pensassi dell'attuale situazione pandemica, comunicando che Siofok è piena di casi e che lui ha contratto il virus per 3 volte, che il vaccino non serve e cose simili... Arriviamo alla stanza, all'interno di un bar o ristorante, ci tiene a precisare che la zona sia piena ragni giganti che, a quanto pare, amano il lago. La stanza non era grandissima, normale ma sicuramente non di 20mq come dichiarato,il cuscino era sporco come se ci avesse già dormito qualcun altro. Le pareti avevano ancora il cadavere di un ragni, e resto basito che non abbia pensato a rimuoverlo. Per finire, in bagno non era presente né carta igienica né asciugamani. Ho provato a scrivergli e a chiamarlo (dopo 30 minuti dal mio arrivo) ma ha deciso beatamente di ignorarmi. Non c'era alcun tipo di riscaldamento e nella stanza c'erano 18 gradi. Ho provato a inviare degli SMS, contattarlo telefonicamente per più volte ma, non ricevendo risposta, ho dovuto lasciare la stanza per recarmi in un'altra struttura, perdendo questi soldi.

Niente, davvero pessimo. Il proprietario, senza nemmeno dire buonasera, ha iniziato a parlare del Covid, dimostrando senza troppe parole di essere novax e di aver contratto per 3 volte il Covid. Dopo aver esibito le sue nozioni mediche ha deciso che era il momento di parlare dei ragni giganti che ci sono in quella zona. Entrati in camera noto che il cuscino era sporco e, probabilmente, lo erano anche le lenzuola. Le pareti erano con i cadaveri dei ragni uccisi...nemmeno il buon senso di pulire. In bagno non erano presenti né carta igienica né Asciugamani. Ho provato a scrivergli e a chiamarlo (dopo 30 minuti dal mio arrivo) ma ha deciso beatamente di ignorarmi. Non c'era alcun tipo di riscaldamento, nella stanza c'erano 18 gradi. Alle 22 ho preso la decisione di lasciare quella stalla e andare fino a Budapest e dormire lì. P.s. camera vista piscina ovviamente senza vista.
