Don’t bother unless you like paying a premium for a dirty dilapidated hotel. Firstly It’s not a 4 star hotel as it was advertised, we didn’t get the room we booked, it was filthy and dilapidated as per the pictures attached. I wanted to walk as soon as I arrived but was trapped with ***********s cancellation policy. I will be avoiding using them again since they facilitate such false advertising. Even the taxi driver said it should be avoided. There are much better places in siofok for the same price or half the price. Don’t be fooled

Die Apar**ents waren sehr klein, leider noch kleiner das Badezimmer. Jedoch ist das Personal sehr freundlich und die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Frühstück war zwar klein aber sehr gut. Der direkte Seezugang ist der Wahnsinn. Kajaks und SUP waren verfügbar - Massagen kann man direkt im Hotel buchen und es wird dann auch direkt im Hotel massiert. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt im Hotelbereich gegen Gebühr.

Before our trip we were corresponding with the hotel about our needs for baby crib.When we arrived the manager told us he doesn't know about it..!!! We came 4 adults and a baby,we got unsuitable small rooms with an metal foldable bed.After one knight our imidiat thought was to look for another hotel.The manager offered us a better appar**ent and we moved there with an extra charge.The rooms and terrace were dirty.We asked to clean it but they came to clean it after 3 days and yet the terrace was uncleaned.... Breakfast was poor,the entrance to the rooms at the front building are from the dining room so there isn't any chance you can sleep when breakfast .... The place is situated 20 m from a railroad...well i spoke with a woman that decided to leave the place earlier because she couldn't sleep..... The place doesn't have a beach it's more like a small marine .
