Sioux City

It was horrible. Cigarette holes and crusty food on sheets. Bag covering sprinkler on wall, phone had no cord on it, mold in bathroom., smell was awful. We were in room for only 5 minutes and went to front desk to say were leaving. The young girl working said she was new, she would make sure a credit was issued. (that did not happen) I made several calls to try & resolve with hotel directly. Had to file a dispute with credit card company & have finally have a credit on my account.

It's a great location but a dirty place. It's run down. Mold on ceiling. Broken walls and chipped paint. Staff is dressed unprofessional and aren't that inviting. It definitely needs cleaned up. Hope it changes.

I checked in around 7:30p and checked out shortly thereafter on the same night. HOWEVER, to the front desk staff's credit after I cancelled my reservation online just a little while after checking in and walking down to the front with my stuff, the person working the front desk assured me it would be a full refund. I understand smoking is allowed at the hotel, but when I walk in to a non-smoking room and it smells like someone just lit and hammered down a cigarette right before I walked in, not the greatest. The bed spread featured several burn holes and a couple of unidentifiable stains. The AC unit looked like someone had tried to get into it. When walking to my room a guest informed me that I should not leave anything in my room if I was going to be leaving for the day, presumably because either a guest or member of the staff would have sticky fingers. Took a flyer on this place even after seeing the reviews because I figured it couldn't be THAT bad, in fact it was .

could be a lot better broken door handles rooms that are padlocks shut missing windows debris in the parking lot overall it was disapointing please use caution if choosing this hotel for your stay. Could do so much better for your money

Outdated and run down, found a loaded syringe between the mattress. The desk clerk was great and switched me rooms, the second room didn’t have a remote, checked with several locals and was told that’s the worst hotel in the city, bunch of transient’s living there

There is not enough space in this review to comment how unsanitary our room was. Spots on mattress and sheets, red substance splattered on ceiling, streaked walls, holes in curtains, sink would not drain, gap in exterior door to hallway, bathroom door would not shut, hairdryer falling off the wall...I could go on. We would have checked out immediately, however, we did not feel safe to go back into the hallway again.

This place needs to be condemned and shut down. Obviously the owners are waiting for a good purchase price on the property as it is close to the downtown. It is a pathetically filthy dirty rundown slum building. The photos on the Wyndham app are NOT WHAT IS ACTUALLY THERE!! The photos have to be back in the 70's and nothing has changed or been upgraded. Do not stay here. Do not book this hotel. The sheets, the lights, the bathroom, the doors, the carpets, the lobby, it actually can't get any worse. Wyndham needs to start listening and reading these reviews or their customer base will slowly move elsewhere.

This place is past run down. There were windows that were boarded up. Very dirty. Broken glass was in the hallway. The health department needs to get involved! it was very filthy! I had one look inside the room and asked for full refund, as a policeman showed up. I felt very unsafe!!!!

Don't usually do these, but this hotel didn't look like the pics. I think they were taken several yrs ago. Very run down, very old, needs paint & repairs. Hole in wall in lobby very visible...I didn't spend much time there, didn't try breakfast, but room was nothing like the pics. I also chose a suite & was told upon arrival it wasn't available. Not a huge deal, I think it was the same price. But the bathroom in the king room I got was soooo tiny! The vanity countertop came up to my mid thigh & the toilet was literally RIGHT next to the vanity! Could barely move in there! And the bathtub looked spray painted or something, very poorly done, floors too were not good in there. But bed was fine & the fridge & a/c worked, that's all I needed lol DEFINITELY not worth the $80 I paid! This is a $50/night hotel @ best...sorry.
