This hotel is badly in need of repairs and renovation. A few examples: carpeting in the elevator is stained and filthy; hallway floors on 2nd floor creaked under the carpeting; a worn-out mattress and cracks in the floor tiles in our room. When I commented on the condition of the hotel to the clerk at the front desk, she indicated that renovations would not occur until next year. Apparently the poor condition of this hotel is not a high priority to Marriott! On the positive side, the breakfasts were good and offered a variety of choices. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. We have stayed at other Fairfield Inns and liked them. This was a disappointing experience.
