Was a great location for my trip but they decided to begin renovations at 9am, with no forewarning. Woke up to loud drills and the front desk was not helpful nor apologetic

Great location, but bring your earplugs because they don't do anything about noisy guests in the wee hours. If you are here for weekdays, it will probably be great. During our stay, there were two wedding receptions with some pretty thumping music and shouting that carried on until after midnight, at which point, the inebriated guests returned to their rooms and continued the party. The floor above us was apparently reserved for a clog dancing convention because loud stomping carried on at least until we were finally so exhausted that we fell asleep and probably it continued well beyond that. 🙄 When my son checked out of his room, he complained about the noise and was told that it's been much worse. 😵💫 If you like to party all night, this is definitely the place for you. If you are looking for a peaceful night's sleep, you probably need to look somewhere else.

This hotel is within walking distance from several great restaurants. It is clean, and the staff are professionals. I have stayed here twice in four months, and it is my go-to while in Sioux Falls now.
